Picked up Subs before the show at Joylan Theater. One of the most flavorful sub I have had in a long time. Perfect combination of ingredients. Toasted Roll but not too crunchy! Flavor was delicious. Counter staff were friendly and fun. I’ll be back.

Fast friendly and filling… French onion soup was very good. Wife loved the Walnut and Pear salad. Calzone are as good as they come and the pizza is too. They do have other Italian fare on the extensive menu, but in my two trips in I’ve not been to that part of the menu yet.

Always have to stop when im in town. Food is still as good as always but service is crap. Have to wait forever to get someone to wait on you. also they never came back to see if order was ok. owner should take a little time and train his employees on the proper way to do a job. Had much better service at Tim and Bonnies. Ate at Tim and Bonnies 4 times this week and once at Julies. What does that tell you. Service is everything

I’ve eaten at julies several times and everything has always been top notch. I am however currently hooked on the grilled portobello mushroom on foccacia bread. It comes with roasted red pepper, cheese and artichoke spread. Absolutely delicious. If you find yourself in Springville stop in and give them a try

I love Julie’s food. I really do. But the the food is coming out of the kitchen way too slowly lately. Case in point, lunch this past Friday(2÷7÷14). We arrived at 12:15 and placed our order(wraps and fries) at 12:25. We watched as people came in after us, order, get their food, and in some cases, finish and leave. Our meals finally arrived at 1:15. When we went to pay(on a single check despite having asked for separate checks) the cashier asked how everything was. I said that the food was very good but could we speak to a manager or owner. She said that she was a manager so I told her about our wait. She mumbled an apology and something about a lot of carry out orders. I had a clear view of the front and didn’t see an inordinate number of carryout business… plus the fact that there were multiple people served ahead of us. Oh well… she offered to take a whopping 10% off of our tab. I offered to take our weekly lunch elsewhere.

A large menu of casual family-friendly dishes with a good selection of desserts. The hot sandwiches are particularly tasty. The main issue is not the food, but the extremely slow service. We have tried to go at multiple times, but it seems pretty universally slow regardless of whether it is lunch or dinner or weekday or weekend. The food does not justify the wait.

Went in with my husband to pick up two slices to go. Standing at the counter and it takes at least ten minutes before someone decided to help us. Good slices of pizza though.

Great lunch. Pizza sub a bit over cooked but my little man eats more the inside anyway. Pasta is always good. Chicken finger sub they changed how they make it and after 15 years of coming here in and off even after high school the last 2 times I was there very sad. My days of a chicken finger sub is gone.

I went here with two coworkers for lunch. We were given a recommendation to go here from someone who was more familiar with good lunch places to go to in Springville. I tried the Almond Tuna Sandwich. It was a delicious and unique take on a typical tuna melt. I loved it! Our table also tried an order of their B. G sticks and those were good too. The service was excellent and we were taken care of in a timely fashion knowing that we were only on a lunch break. I would definitely go here again for lunch or dinner.

Growing up in Western NY, I have been going to Julies for years. A recent visit back to the old stomping ground had me munching on a delish chicken finger sub(which we don’t have in AK) made exactly the way I like it… I am a bit picky and it wasn’t a problem — they hooked me up. Service was great, prices are even better. My grandparents love Julies as well, which says a lot. The older generations value price, quality and service even more than some of us younger folk… Keep up the good work Julies.

I called to order a pizza and stuttered, and they hung up on me. If this weren’t insulting enough, I tried calling back three times to continue my order, but they wouldn’t answer my call. Truly unprofessional.

I live in Los Angeles, but everytime I visit Buffalo, New York, I make it a point to visit Julie’s Pizzeria in Springville for the Pasta fagioli. It is the best I have ever tasted! PS the service is always great too.
