Used to be good– not anymore. Changed management and now they are regularly out of numerous sandwich ingredients, soda, chips etc. Produce is old. It is not kept clean and has become very slow.

Which-Which is a decent place to get a sandwich. It has a few different unique selections you won’t see in the other competitors menu lineup. Nothing much more special or different. Ingredients and quality are about the same as the rest of the sandwich shops you’d visit. The only thing that makes the experience different and a little more interactive is the idea of creating your sandwich by selecting your options on your sandwich bag. I would recommend Which-Which if you were looking for a sandwich. Otherwise there are many other selections that would be much more enjoyable in the area.

As a fan of customizable food, my sandwich ended up just being so-so. Which is not saying much since I was able to make the sandwich just exactly the way I wanted it. The bread was good, but not memorable. The same has to be said for the meat cheese and toppings. For my sandwich fix I would rather have Jimmy Johns, Schlotzsky’s, Quiznos or even Mr. Goodcents. I would say it is better than Subway though, but then again what sandwich place isn’t.

You’ll be much better off going to Mr. Goodcents down the street. The bread is alright, but I always feel robbed when all of the meat is sliced. A chicken parmesan sandwich should never and I mean never use sliced deli chicken. That’s like someone going to go watch Fifty Shades of Grey for the acting. The bread is alright, but nothing to write home about. I would go back but Goodcents is just so close and so much better.

This is a great place to eat. Jared makes awesome shakes and my sandwiches are always made like I order them. I have never received a sandwich that wasn’t exactly accurate. There are more vegetarian options than subway and other sandwich shops and it is great. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that the television is always on and sometimes it is just playing live footage of the city traffic.

We stopped by Which Wich to grab a quick lunch during a long road trip. The price was right, the service was pleasant and friendly, and the ingredients are better and fresher than Subway. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich with hummus and my friend ordered a pastrami. While we have had better sandwiches elsewhere, and we really were not expecting for Which Wich to up the ante, I cannot, in good conscience, give them more than 3 stars. I am normally always on board with places that allow, even encourage, customizing your food. But sometimes, there should be a line drawn. For instance, my sandwich turned out great as I was able to combine artichokes and hummus, both of which I truly love, into a single sandwich. But the pastrami… I would have thought that ordering a pastrami would automatically come with rye(which was not one of the choices) and sauerkraut(which was on the bag but missed by my friend). I feel like some common sense should be added to the customize-your-sandwich concept, and build a sandwich as they are traditionally made and maybe just add or subtract from that. It would be especially helpful for people who do not come here often. Overall, though, this is not a bad place from which to grab a sandwich.

Such a cool concept — you choose a bag for the basic sandwich then chose all of your toppings and dressings. It was nice to have topping choices beyond the standard sub toppings. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was that I didn’t love the kids meals — next time I would just get a small sandwich for my kids to share and I think they would end up with a bigger sandwich. The food tasted fresh and was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and we enjoyed our lunch!

Probably my favorite sandwich shop! Huge sandwiches and you choose the toppings. They have lots of adult type sandwich flavors, not just the same turkey, ham ect… Its a bit pricy for a sandwich shop but its good quality.

I’ve known of Which Wich for a long time, but I hadn’t been there until I was driving from St. Louis to Oklahoma City, and I needed to grab some lunch. This one was particularly highly rated, so I decided to stop even though I am not usually a huge fan of chains. I liked their ordering method; one fills out a bag with a checklist on it for your sandwich, which you hand to the cashier, and they fill your order. This prevents any mistakes in ordering, and I was pleased when the gentleman informed me that it would be a few minutes [ I always prefer waiting a little for quality food than having someone carelessly slap my meal together to get it to me quickly.] When I got my sandwich, I couldn’t have been more pleased. It was carefully put together, toasted to perfection, and delicious. I was very happy with Which Wich, and if I am in the area again, I will definitely return to this location.

Which wich is currently one of my favorite sub shops is springfield. They have an awesome ordering system to make sure everyone gets exactly what they ask for. The staff always look like they are having a good time, and treat customers with respect. Personally my favorite is the philly cheese steak, but it’s a limited time sandwich. The only downfall I see in which wich is the price. It’s a little pricy for a 7″ compared to subway or other places who carry the 5 $ foot long deal. But if your not afraid to spend a little more money to show your taste buds respect then go for it!

Which Wich is a slightly different spin on a sandwich shop: instead of verbally ordering at the register or telling an employee what you want on your sandwich as they make it, you fill out the information on a small paper sack(type of sandwich, toppings, options, etc.), put your name on it, and simply hand it over to the person at the register. They make the sandwich according to the info on the bag and call your name when it’s done. The sandwiches themselves are delicious: I normally get the club: the turkey/ham is lean, and the bacon is flavorful. The bread is fairly standard; not a standout, but it doesn’t take anything away from the sandwich. They have an impressive number of options/toppings(including toasting, double meat, several kinds of cheese, etc.), and each is easily chosen by checking a box on the sack. The sandwiches feel a little small: the standard size is 7″, but the bread shape is more cylindrical than other shops’, so they aren’t as wide and the space for fillings doesn’t seem as large as a Goodcents or similar places. That said, they pack that space with meat/cheese, and while it’s not quite as much food as some other shops, it’s of a higher quality and enough for a normal lunch when paired with some chips. The only real rub on this place is that it can take a while to get your sandwich. This is partly due to its popularity and partly due to their process: it’s packed nearly every weekday at lunch time, so that’s a big part of it. Also, since there’s normally almost no line wait(you just hand over the bag and pay) and no interactive process to «build» the sandwich, you simply stand around until your name is called, so it feels even longer. But it’s not all subjective: if you time it just wrong, you might wait nearly ten minutes after handing over your paper bag, though it’s normally closer to five at lunch time. They do have newspapers and a TV tuned to ESPN to help pass the time. It’s about five bucks for a standard sandwich, which seems a little high for the size of the sandwich, but the ingredients are of fairly high quality and the sandwiches taste really good. This place is now a weekly staple for me since I work so close. I just make sure I show up before about 11:45am on weekdays to lessen my wait.

Driving home from the lake and needed a lunch break we decided to stop for sandwiches. This place was good. Placing your order by writing on the bag is a novelty and I like the plethora of sandwich and topping choices. But I have to wonder… does the world need more sub shops???

I loved how the flow went here. You go in, grab a paper bag that has different options on it, a pen, and begin customizing your sandwich to your heart’s content! I went with the pulled-pork sandwich underneath the«comfort» category(which, by the way, had an «Elvis» which that I’m dying to try!), got creative, then handed the bag to the cooks. What came of it was pure amazingness! At first I thought the price was going to be outrageous, and although it was a tid bit expensive, the sandwich made it worth it. The size of that thing! Words cannot describe. Also, I got to talk to a guy there who said that they had gave him his sandwich completely free one time after messing it up. How many places do you know that will do that sort of thing still? People seemed to rave about the homemade chips there, but I never got to try them unfortunately. Next time, though!

This is definitely one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich in town. I really like the variety of topping available, and the unique way of ordering your sub. You pick a bag that is labeled by variety of meat or sandwich. On the bag you mark what type of sandwich you want, how you want it prepared, and what toppings you would like on the sandwich. I personally love the Grinder. My wife really likes the Chicken Pesto. This place is far superior to Subway. Better toppings, better variety, and more meat!

Took my brothers here yesterday(and ordered one for my husband) and it was a hit. I’m originally from Austin TX where we have several Which Wich stores, so I had already experienced the awesome. This establishment did not disappoint. The sandwiches were all fresh and made perfectly. The tea options were also a nice touch! I will be visiting this sandwich shop each time I make it into Springfield.

My husband and I tried this place on a whim on our way to the movies one day. We were worried when we first pulled up because there were no cars in the parking lot, but our worries were set at ease quickly as the place was packed in less than ten minutes. I guess we looked a little lost while looking at the menu board because an employee asked us quickly if we had been there before and if we knew how to order. She helped us through the process for our first time. We dove into our ‘wiches that were totally delicious ! We brought our boys back the next weekend and they were in love as well. I love the bread, it is so light and yummy ! ! I have not found a combo that I have not enjoyed yet. If you haven’t tried this place yet you are missing out !

Subway, Jimmy John’s, Quizno’s… Drop all of that garbage and designate Which Wich as your one and only sandwich destination from now on. You may question me now, but later… you won’t. First of all, I love their ordering system because it gives all the power to the customer, and we’re a society that likes that. You pick out a paper bag(which isn’t exactly sustainable, but I’m not docking points for it), fill it out the way you want, check off all your extra goodies, and they slide it on to the assembly line while you wait patiently. They have bags according to what type of sandwich you want, which ranges from euro to vegetarian to ham. Very neat and very specific. Control freaks can go nuts here. As for myself, I’ve been reveling in the bac-hammon lately, which is a bacon and ham sandwich on wheat. My fixin’s always include lettuce, tomato, a sprinkle of pepper, and of course, avocado. My beef with other sandwich places is that they either don’t carry avocado, skimp on the avocado you ask for, or give you an avocado replacement that tastes sort of like chewing on wet grass. Which Wich cuts up a REAL avocado, keeps it chunky, and just rolls it into the sandwich, and it’s utterly perfect every time. I’ve had friends swear by the Euro and another that loves the Wicked, which looks complicated but delicious. Me, I keep it relatively simple. They also have the best ice in the world. For some people, it matters. One last thing: when you put your name on your bag, don’t bother trying anything silly. Every time I write something like ‘Skeeter McTickles,’ they don’t call my name out loud like everyone else. I didn’t say the workers weren’t party poopers, but they are efficient. It’ll cost you around $ 10 for a sandwich and drink, but for the quality you’re getting, you really ought to just shut your yap and enjoy your tummy’s happiness.

So many possibilities for a delicious veggie sub, it can be overwhelming! When there’s hummus, avocado, and black bean patties on the menu, you know you’ve hit the sandwich jackpot. You choose the fixings using a red sharpie on a brown paper bag, which adds to the Which Wich experience. Toasted to perfection, tons of veggie options, and great atmosphere, too. Subway, Jimmy John’s, and Quizno’s better watch out as there’s some serious competition in town. Check out Which Wich and find your favorite combo!

Better then Subway, better then Quiznos, better the Mr. Goodsense, Better then Jimmy Johns… okay maybe not better but equivalent =). Which wich is definitely one of the stops I hit while in my good old college town Springfield. If you don’t like your sandwich then, it’s only your fault since you designed it(the best part of which wich). I wish there was a wich which in KC. LOVEEEEETHISPLACE!
