You know what? This place ain’t bad. Flatbread and deep dish pizzas are solid. Rattlesnake pasta is the OG. Deepdish pizza isn’t what I remember from 20 years ago, but it ain’t bad. I hear the Pesto Chicken sandwich is delicious, too. And that hot cookie sundae? Yes, please. 3.5 stars, but I’ll round up

I really like this place! I go here at least once a month for dinner and drinks with my friends. Moreso in the summer because we love sitting outdoors. The food is basic UNO’s food. Deep dish pizzas, fried appetizers, ect. But, it’s good basic food. I love the zucchini chips. I get them all the time. The pizza skins are also very good. I haven’t tried many of their other appetisers because I get the same one each time I go. lol For dinner, I always get pizza. Pepperoni, black olives, and lots of cheese. A large is a good size for a few people.(But, I have the appetite of a truck driver so don’t take my word for it. The pizza always has a lot of the toppings selected. The crust is greasy. But, greasy in a good way — if that makes sense. The drinks are good too. I know they have signature drinks, but I usually stick to my captain and coke. They give enough alcohol to make it a real drink without putting so much in that it tastes like you are doing a shot instead of sipping your drink. I know one of my friends got a lemonade drink with gin last time we were there and she loved it. We never really do dessert at this place. Usually because we have stuffed ourselves with pizza and appetizers. So I can’t really offer a review of the desserts. The few I’ve seen walk by my table looked pretty good though. The service is good here. Just like any restaurant — some good servers and some not-so-good servers. But, for the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. This is a good place to go to start a night night with friends!

Overall experience was great. Our appetizers took longer than usual but it was very crowded. Enjoyed our meals and the service. We do not make our way over to Springfield too often but glad we enjoyed ourselves.

Took the wife there Dec 28 before we went to the Rave Movie theater for a show at 9:35 pm. Arrived at UNOs around 7:15 pm and was immediately seated. It was clean and not too busy. The waiter was nice and friendly with a good attitude and was knowledgeable about the menu. We placed our order and the drinks came right out and appetizer of pizza skins soon after nice and fresh. I ordered the Farmers market pizza and added hamburger and red peppers to it. It came out timely and hot. My wife ordered the Uno pizza and had to send hers back because they bought her the wrong order. The correct order came out shortly after and fresh and hot though. The only other minor mistakes is that the waitress never offered to refill my drink and I had to ask for extra napkins. All in all though it was a nice experience and we plan on taking the kids there next.

I live in the land of pizza being from CT. However, every now and then I get a craving for a Chicago Style Deep Dish. This place doesn’t disappoint. Hey, it isn’t Lou Malnati’s in Chicago, but it does the trick. A great and friendly staff. Take a seat at the bar… order a cold one and get your pizza to go or eat it there.

Summary: Inattentive Poor food quality Never again Just go somewhere else Have had better service at a fast food restaurant drive-thru 1 star because I can’t rate lower Now — for the rest of the story … As one person in our party posted on her Facebook page — never again. We called ahead since we had a group of 8. When we got there, we we’re asked if we wanted to be seated inside or outside. We let them know we wanted outside since we came for the food and the live music. However, we were promptly ushered to a table inside … near the kitchen. We assumed there wasn’t any space outdoors, so we just went with it. The server was very nice, but nice can only carry you so far. We ordered drinks and our meals at the same time. I wish I would’ve timed it, but it took forever for our drinks to arrive. And then it was just the water and non-alcoholic drinks. Those of us that ordered drinks from the bar had to wait even longer. We ordered our food and continued to enjoy the drinks and conversation. However, the food was taking a long time to arrive at the table so we ordered a second round … which took a long time to arrive. Finally the food came to the table. That’s when the hot mess began. One of our party asked for the tortellini with extra sauce. When it arrived, there was no extra sauce. One member ordered the same dish, but didn’t request extra sauce. When it arrived, I had practically no sauce — pretty much just pasta. One asked me if my pizza was cold because her’s was. One said the ‘shroom pizza was flavorless. We had to wait a good 5 minutes for parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes. The member of our party that received the sauce less pasta sent it back and asked for a thin crust cheese pizza. She got a pizza — with extra, extra cheese. But the dough was not fully cooked. So for the second time, this member of our party sent her meal back simply asking to have it placed back in the oven a little longer. When the pizza returned — uncooked. She didn’t eat and just gave up, stopping at another restaurant on the way back to the hotel for food. We asked for checks and it took 20 minutes for them to arrive. While we waited, we were«entertained» by some woman in the kitchen screaming at the staff. Very nice. Other diners at the table even made a comment about it. When the checks arrived, they were incorrect, and when asked, the server told us she was«locked out of the system and couldn’t type in anything and her supervisor had to type things in.» What??? What does that mean? Why are you telling us that? How does that keep the checks from being correct? I can go on, believe it or not, but I’m honestly tired of typing. The raw pizza was comped, but the manager never, ever came to the table to apologize. In my experience, if the service and food falls short, the manager comes to the table to apologize and work to fix the issue. But in our case — nothing. The manager sent our server to deal with it. If you are only looking for a live music venue and the random drink on a Friday night, then check this place out. The music sounded pretty good as we were leaving … If you want properly prepared food and attentive service, go to McDonald’s, not this place.

Justin was our server! The best we have had in years. Delicious appetizer of crab and shrimp on toasted garlic baguettes. Then a deep dish Chicago Classic pizza. Perfect! Patio area has about 130 seating. Sometimes music by a band is out there. We will be back!

Great food, great service. We were pleasantly surprised how good the experience was compared to another location we had eaten at about a month ago. 2 thumbs way up

Absolutely rewarding experience. We stopped in for lunch and am so glad we did. The service and food are great. We had a less than stellar time at another Uno’s but, this one made up for it. Great job!

After many visits the customer service is still mediocre. I came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was pretty empty but took them about 10 minutes to notice I was standing there before I could get seated. I guess the reason why I keep coming here is the delicious Shrimp Scampi and Bread Pudding

Tonight’s meal was very disappointing . I expected way better services and better eating food. A customer should never have to wait 38 min for a meal. When we first came in the table next to us was filthy. I felt bad for the neighbors that just wanted a seat. I had to remind them constantly for accommodations . You would think they listened .Nope when the bill came nothing changed. I had to stand firm for some type of accommodation for horrible servicing. No food should never leave the kitchen burned. Managers should make sure costumers are happy. I love UNOs but tonight I hated everything. Not a happy paying costumer

Bad service. Bad food. 6 of 8 people in my party with issues. Me(Seat 1): No cheese on my cheeseburger. And had to leave my seat and go to bar to get a drink refill. Seat 2: Kids’ meal cheeseburger burnt to a crisp. 5-year-old cried and wouldn’t eat it. Seat 3: Kids’ meal pizza. Never brought out with rest of food. Had to remind someone to go to the kitchen and get it. Seat 4: No salad dressing on her salad. Seat 5: Ordered a soda. Order forgotten about. Had to re-order 15 mins later. Seat 6: Meal never brought out. Seats 7 – 8: No issues. Table: No napkins. No plates for appetizers. Hostess phone kept ringing behind us, while nobody there to answer. Annoying. To be fair, I’m ok with Uno’s in general. This was just a tough experience. Not sure if it was this particular location or just a bad day. Maybe I’m just getting too old and losing my patience like a grumpy old fool.

After a long hike, my girlfriends and I came here for dinner and drinks. We chose uno’s mostly for the outdoor patio, as that it was beautiful outside. We were seated quickly, although it was a bit crowded and cramped. Overall, the food wasn’t bad. I guess it’s what one would expect from an average chain restaurant. Service was sub par. I think our waitress only came over to our table twice, and never check on us after we got our meals. The highlights of our dinner was the awesome live music and the tasty cocktails! I’d go back for those two reasons alone.

Placed an order for a plain cheeseburger well done. Pick it up and get home to find it blood rare, onions, some mystery sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. Disgusting. The tag on the order was correct, the receipt was correct. But clearly nobody at this location can read and they certainly don’t care. Skip this place.

This Uno’s is in a convenient location off Rt. 91 near the border of CT and MA. During nice weather, there is a large patio area that has live music. The food’s pretty good(yes, I know it’s a chain, but come on Unilocalers don’t be such snobs), full bar and the service is generally fast and friendly. It’s great for larger groups to hang out, drink, listen to music… and you can go to Cold Stone for dessert if you don’t feel like theirs. A nice stop after a trip to the Basketball Hall of Fame, too. It’s a pizzeria but the menu has a wide variety so it should be easy to find something that will make everyone happy… pizza, burgers, pasta, lots of appetizer choices. Great place for just drinks and appetizers on the patio.

Staying in the hotel nearby. First night I order a salad and flatbread for pickup… Salad is wrong but oh well, flatbread is good! Tonight I order room service and am told it will be 40 to 45 minutes. I assumed they were busy so no big deal. After an hour I try to call down. No answer. Try again. No answer. I decide to go down and it’s now been an hour and 15 minutes. I get there and I’m told it’s «just coming up». I wait to get it, pay the full price and head back. Get back to my room realize I’m missing my drink that I paid for, the side dish is not what I ordered(and it’s clearly printed on the box what the side order is I ordered) and it’s cold. I call down to complain and get put on hold for 5 minutes. At this point, I just microwaved my food and hung up. Will not be returning.

Hubs and I were out in the Longmeadow and Springfield area one Saturday afternoon and before heading back to Boston, we decided to stop in at this particular Uno’s since it was accessible easily off the highway and we figured that since it was a chain restaurant, we had a 50⁄50 shot of getting a consistent meal. I really wanted a salad and Hubs wanted a burger, so Uno’s it was. First of all, this location is rather large and there was an outside patio with live music. Since that was way too loud and the band that day was way too bad, we decided to sit in the bar area. That turned out to be a mistake because there was one bartender working the service bar for the restaurant, outside patio, and bar customers. About two minutes after we sat down(and way before we put in our drink order), there was a party of 20 that sauntered up to the bar. And she took their orders one by one. Honestly, we probably should have walked out since we felt totally ignored. We stated that we were ready to order drinks and food. It took us about an extra 15 minutes just to place our order and the food itself took about 35 minutes to make. Our bartender was completely slammed and she kept telling the bar manager that would check in on her that she was fine. Yikes. The food was average and nothing special. We quickly paid and got out of there and back on the road to Boston.

Stopped in before heading back to the hotel next door. Can’t say I was expecting too much, so I was neither disappointed or surprised by the food lol. Started off with the Baked Stuffed Mushrooms… kinda gross truthfully. It tasted like turkey stuffing in microwaved mushrooms. Sorry, not for me. Tried the Numero Uno Deep Dish Pizza($ 11.79): Sausage, Pepperoni, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Chunky Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella & Romano Cheese. Call me crazy, but I think I liked the airport Uno pizza better! The crust here was a little drier and less buttery, but the toppings were good and tasty. Just the right size for a personal pizza. Also tried the Top Sirloin Cap Steak w/Chimichurri($ 16.99): Cilantro, Oregano, Italian Parsley, Garlic, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice & Red Wine Vinegar. Steak was cooked perfectly, but still a little tough. Chimi didn’t pack the punch it should have, but overall it was ok. Again, don’t expect a steakhouse quality steak, and you’ll be ok. I’d rather eat this over a Denny’s steak for instance everyday of the week. I REALLY liked the dessert though! Uno Deep Dish Sundae($ 5.49): Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Whipped Cream on a Freshly Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie. This was actually really good! I like the crispy edges from the pan, and you can’t beat fresh-outta-the-oven cookies! So Uno will fit the bill if need be! But I wouldn’t go outta my way for it personally. Pics!:
