Underfanger Moving & Storage

It was a very pleasant experience working with Sheryl and Stan from the beginning of our
intent to move household items to our neighboring state. It was a very hectic time for us
as we had a few days to find a mover to move our things at a certain time. In a
couple of days, Stan had us booked for our desired moving day. Mike and Keith
arrived at the appointed time and carefully helped us packed and taped our belongings.
We met them at their destination on schedule. Mike and Keith were absolutely
professional and very pleasant as they unloaded the moving van. We highly recommend
Chipman Relocations to anyone looking to move across the country.

Tom and his team are fantastic! The story is long and a little sad but the high point was Underfanger. They were incredibly professional and accommodating when dealing with my mother’s personal property.
They helped me reclaim it from a disreputable company in the Chicago area about 8 years ago, transported everything to Springfield and repacked it all before storing it in a couple of vaults… all without causing one iota of additional damage. When the time came to retrieve everything they were great! They removed everything from the vaults and arranged it so that my sister and I could rapidly sort through everything. They also provided access to their dumpster and accommodated my request to use a loading dock to stage charitable donations which were picked up by the Salvation Army.
Staff was also great with helping us pack up what left with us and providing materials. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of such services in the area contact Tom right away.
