Poor customer services. Truck was not ready after making a reservation two weeks ago and there was a total lack of ‘trying to make things right’. As I’m typing this another customer was getting the run around saying the truck he reserved was at another town 20 miles away. I’ll be calling rider truck from now on.

We used 5 U-Haul U-Boxes for our California-to-Illinois move. Scheduling pick-up at our local U-Haul was easy and efficient and the boxes were quickly shipped and stored to our new town. Once they arrived in Springfield, IL we were able to coordinate with the local branch to a.) get into our boxes when there were items we needed and b.) pick up our boxes at the scheduled date/time to bring them to our new home. We found the cost to be much lower than Pods and the staff at the Springfield location to be friendly and helpful, particularly the manager Reagan. It was the right choice for our move and we had no complaints.

Again-I only gave one star at all because I had to in order to write the review. I emailed the corporate office with all of the information on this terrible location, terrible service and the terrible way I was treated by this particular location and its management. Now, I didn’t expect to get my money back or even be compensated in any way but NOONE from the company even bothered to email or call or respond to my review to apologize or ask for more information-NOTHING. Not even an automated response saying they received my email. I’m even more disgusted than I was 3 weeks ago when I wrote the original review. PLEASEGOSOMEPLACEELSE. DON’T BESUCKEDINBYTHEFACTTHATITSEEMSCHEAPER.
