This store is awesome. The customer service is phenomenal. I went in with a graphics card issue and had to have my computer back asap to do business taxes. They fixed it within a few hours and I was able to keep my appointment with my CPA.
He even went thru the computer and removed any suspicious program files and deleted apps that started automatically but things that I never used. Now computer or running faster and everything is working.
He also updated drivers for me on a few hardware items.
I will definitely be going back here

My husband and I have patronized TCS Computers for 18 years. They have always been extremely responsive, providing quick turn around service and in emergency situations, have even made house calls. Their prices are reasonable and their computers are of a very high quality.
In an era of big box stores and impersonal service, it is a comfort to know there is still a company that prides itself on personal integrity, quality service and customer satisfaction.

They held my computer as ransom! When my very old computer stopped working I needed some advice as to whether it was worth fixing or not. TCS had good Unilocal reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called and they told me they’d be happy to see it and provide a quote. But when I decided it wasn’t worth they money to fix things changed. They told me they’d already started working on it and had to charge me. The only reason I brought them the computer in the first place was because they said they’d look at it before charging anything. I felt scammed!

I have called on this store a few times when in need of repairs or replacement accessories for some vintage PCs. They have been able to help me out and their costs are very resonable. I also rented a loaner when I needed an extra computer for a short period.

MAC DESKTOP
I bought my MAC desktop about 3.5 years ago from the APPLE store in Fair Oaks Mall, VA.
Since the very beginning, I have had difficulties with my mouse and keyboard.
The mouse was jagged, would stopped working intermittently, and sometimes would not work at all. The keyboard would not work many times. This chronic problem continued for 3.5 years.
I have taken my MAC many times to the APPLE store, consults on the phone, etc.
APPLE did not know what was wrong with my computer. They kept insisting I buy a new mouse. Three mouses later, my MAC still did not work. In fact, nothing worked properly at all! The problem got worse and worse. I got more frustrated with APPLE
I finally was able to locate Customer Service for APPLE. A very nice woman named Carla, did try to help, but unfortunately, she said to take it back or get a new computer!!! My computer would probably cost $ 1,000 or more to fix, I should get another one. My thoughts: No thank you!!!
I decided to go to an unauthorized dealer in my local area. I found TCS Computer, in West Springfield, VA. Mozzie, the Computer Expert there, fixed my computer in one day!!! I asked what was wrong with my Computer. He said the bluetooth in the computer was not working. He replaced that device. How much? $ 325.00!!!

I had some liquid spill on my keyboard. When I went in, the guy who helped was nice and helpful. They told me it would be 5 – 7 days (not business days mind you) to get my laptop fixed. They had to order a new keyboard to install. It costed 123 including tax. Pretty reasonable considering it was my mistake spilling the liquid on my laptop. The laptop works just fine now.
Anyone who needs a repair, computer built, or anything else computer related, this is the place to go.

I changed my IT company to TCS about 4 months ago, and not only all of my IT problems are resolved, but anytime we have the smallest issue he is always available and ready to fix it ASAP. I am very happy with TCS and would highly recommend them!

I was visiting friends in DC and had a big work deadline coming up which required working over the weekend-​my mac decided this was the day it was going to stop working. one of my friends suggested this laptop repair place because he’d had something repaired there once. not only were they able to fix it at a pretty reasonable price, as far as anything apple-​related goes, but they were really nice about accommodating the emergency job and the fact that I didn’t live there and didnt have a week to wait to come pick it up. Great customer service.

Took hard drive to salvage data. No luck. Understand they didn’t have the right equipment, but it took me over month to get them to determine this. I had to call and visit several times. Believe they do good work they just need to be prodded.
