Love Stew Leonard’s. Great Location, plenty of parking. Nice variety and prices are good. Service is a plus, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Love the fact I can go there right after getting my nails done or after going to the gym.

Stew Leonard’s has many great beers including alot of local favorites that are hard to find elsewhere. Many New Jersey beers can be found here. They have wine and beer tastings every week and the staff is pretty knowledgable. Their prices are fair on both wine and Beer in comparison to other local places.

This place is extremely cool. The store is huge. They have so many selections of wine, beer and spirits it’s ridiculous! The staff is extremely helpful. They will stop whatever they are doing to make sure you have a pleasant experience and find whatever you need at the best price for you. You will rarely ever break the bank at Stew’s. With bottles of wine starting as low as $ 6 you will always find something you will enjoy within a more than reasonable price range. They do free wine tastings every day and even do free beer tastings on Tuesdays. This is a place everyone needs to checkout.

I don’t go to a lot of wines stores but I have been to a few. by far the best one. it’s very cozy yet they have a large selection. they have a large selection of craft beers. they have turned me on to a new favorite beer. I can’t spell it but it’s a grapefruit beer that comes in 4 pack cans and begins with an s. the staff very helpful. there is this on cashier that I usually see when I go on Thursdays or saturdays. Christina is very helpful and always has a smile on her face. she will make any day you are having much better

Great selection of wine and other alcohol located right on 22 across from the movie theater. They can also order you something pretty quickly if they don’t have it in stock.

A very nice liquor store, and whenever I have to wait to get a seat at Outback Steakhouse(or after dining there), I always end up coming here to kill the time. The store looked really nice, and the selections were huge! The prices were competitive, and the staff members were friendly. They even had some drinks that weren’t available elsewhere, so that was a plus for them. I’ll definitely be back later on!

Nice place, big selection, but I’m still a fan of Shoprite Wine & Liquors in Westfield

Had to grab some wine and beers for the weekend so decided to drop into the nearest store. Needless to say they were more more than I expected. The staff was extremely helpful and super knowledgable on what they were giving me. And let’s not even mention the variety of beers they had and most of all the seasonals. Pumpkin and cinnamon flavored everything ! Perfect for the season.

I have been a customer since their grand opening and every time I go into the store I am reminded why. Their customer service is friendly, helpful and genuine. Once when I was looking for a particular Italian whine they did their best to locate and stock it. Although their distributor could not get the item I really appreciated the fact that they keep me apprised of their progress. Yes they phoned me with an update then they phoned me again to suggest a comparable substitute.

I live in the next town over and pass 4 – 5 different liquor store just to come here. With the huge selection and the perfect, reasonable prices that Stew Leonard’s has, it is obvious that I don’t mind the extra few minute drive. From wines to hard liquor to beers, Stew Leonard’s has the best selection in the near-by area.

Major selection here. Great prices too. I picked up a few wines and specialty beers. The store itself is very ascetically pleasing. The organization was a bit odd but do not be shy to ask for help if you need it.

Good selection of wines with decent prices. Difficult to get questions about wine answered with definitive answers, but a helpful and friendly staff.

Nice enough, but not as good as either the Wine Library or Gary’s. I have a standard shopping list I use at a new wine store — mostly $ 12-$ 15 bottles of reasonably available wines from a mix of US, Europe, South America, and Australia/New Zealtand. I found most of these wines, though the price was on average at the higher end of what you get locally. That’s not really a lot — a mixed case ended up costing maybe 8 – 9 bucks more than what I can do on a really good day at the other local stand-bys. I didn’t find a lot of really interesting stuff, and a couple of my current favorite regions/varietals were mostly absent(Rieslings and Gruner Veltliners, for example). Next time, I’ll actually give them a chance to recommend their picks and see how it works out. As far as beers were concerned, pretty good selection with a lot of nice 6 packs in the fridge. Good selection of Belgian beers and ales as well — looked to be a bit better than Wine Library. Prices there seemed to be pretty standard. So, definitely a place I’ll try again and wouldn’t hesitate to stop there on the way home from Costco.

Stew Leonards in Springfield is a nice well kept store. They have a good selection of wines. I would estimate that about half of all of the wines for sale are their own«private house label» wines. That means that you ask what a good Pinot Grigio is and they recommend one that they make the best markup on. They have decent prices, I would not recommend you do your bulk wine buying here. The staff is very knowledgeable. I like this place when I need a quick bottle of wine or 6 pack when I don’t feel like making the drive out to my regular wine store.

A cavernous and fairly new addition to the Echo Plaza shopping area, this is a store designed for leisurely searching. Their selection is wonderful, but their sense of organization isn’t. They stock a number of wine labels which appear to be either privately produced for them or of limited distribution. With the time and patience to search for whatever hidden treasure you seek, chances are good that you’ll find something of interest. The sales associates are good and generally knowledgeable, but the value of their assistance is limited; there is no single section for cabs, for example, they are scattered all over. When this store first opened they had a virtual museum of high-end Belgian Trappist ales. They have let their selection narrow. Their beer selection, in general, is good, but there are many«expected» choices missing. We haven’t thoroughly explored the small gourmet food area.
