Stopped in for a dark roast coffee and a cranberry bliss bar. Coffee was good and when it came to bliss bar, «wow» what sweet, creamy, fruity goodness. Service was excellent. This place is in a bad location down town. It is hard to pull in the parking lot off of one way when someone is coming out of parking lot. Driveway is too narrow, be careful almost been in two accidents. I will return for more sweet creamy bliss and a coffee soon, although i might try another location next time.

Overall this is a decent location. People are friendly most of the time. But I ordered a coffee and two chocolate chip cookies and ended up waiting a half hour in the drive thru line. It was 4pm on a weekday and there were only four people in front of me. When I arrived at the window the girl said«sorry it got busy really quick and we only have one station open». So open another! It isn’t even possible to drive away because there is a barrier around the drive thru. I used to go every day after work but now I avoid this place for the most part in fear that I will be trapped for another half hour.

This visit left a bad taste in my mouth. My barista was very rude to customers and had her child with her in the store. She was complaining about other coworkers in front of customers and rambling on and on about her personal life. I’m here for coffee not for daycare and confrontation. Get it together Springfield Starbucks. Not impressed.

I love the drive thru at this location! The baristas are always super friendly as well. Another plus– they’ve NEVER gotten my order wrong! That’s a huge plus. The store is really nice. It’s big enough to chill and read without feeling crammed on top of each other. The food is also very good. The entrance to the restaurant is a bit tricky but that’s about it.

It’s a drive-thru Starbucks! Great location for those commuting as it is close to the on ramp. The only thing I would change is that the parking lot could be expanded. I have never seen it with more than 1 – 2 open spots. They have a good thing going here, though. BONUS: Unlike at most Dunkin Donuts, they *always* get my order correct. Worth the extra coinage.

I was never a coffee drinker. Ever. But Starbucks iced coffee may make a believer of me. I really prefer it to Dunkin. But I’m really really torn about this review. I went this morning on Memorial Day and felt I waited like an surreally long time. I know they were busy and the people are very nice, in particular one guy with a brush cut haircut. This was not the first time. It just felt that there wasn’t a sense of urgency in the young lady running the window. She gave me part of my order while the second part of my order was sitting right there on the counter in front of her. She went off and returned and gave me the second part of my order. Perhaps, like another reviewer said they are just overwhelmed with their own popularity. Perhaps she was making a rational economic choice in her head that whether she killed herself or not trying to get these orders out quickly customers will just jeep arriving like ocean waves. The approach to the drive up window at this location is so long, she was probably dealing with 8 different orders in various stages of preparation. I will return tomorrow if I can but the wait is such that it makes you feel like you’re making some sort of offering on a pagan altar to get your fix. Maybe I should just stop complaining and be happy I’m privileged not to suffer the indignities that folks in the Third World live with every day.

Love this place. Normally go to the one in Chicopee but this one is so much better! Drinks are always amazing, and it is always made right. The lines are normally short, and the service isn’t too bad either!!! By far the best Starbucks around me!!!

I love this Starbucks! As a California native I have had my fair share of Starbucks. Since I moved to Springfield I started going to this drive through and have been pleasantly surprised by the staff! Each time I have been greeted warmly & my vanilla latte with an extra shot is consistently perfect. They do a great job and deserve some recognition! Thanks Starbucks of Springfield!

I recently received one of my top 5 texts of all time, «OMG, there is a drive-thru Sbux out here, I was so excited I almost got in an accident when I saw it». There is nothing like a little sugar-free vanilla whipping a girl into a real frenzy that gets me going. Thus, while heading into New York on a recent evening, I knew that the trip could not start without a pitstop. As there was quite the line when I rolled up, sadly I didn’t get to hit the drive-thru in its full glory — but no regrets as this afforded me the opportunity to experience the hilarity of life out here — oddly, no one looked up when I stumbled in, Pandora blaring NMinaj’s «Truffle Butter» at full volume as I couldn’t multitask walking and shutting it down STAT — and while I’m fairly sure that most Bucks employees in Boston would give me major side eye if I wandered in clearly TURNT, out in Sfield they’ve seen a lottttt worse than an awkward blonde chick juggling keys, an iPhone, and a recyclable water bottle. Clean-ish, bathrooms serviceable. Food present but a little sad looking. Drinks made as expected, which, in a Bucks experience, is what I crave. Not reinventing the wheel, but perhaps making it a little more festive out here in that #basic way I sometimes desire.

Super convenient location. One of the very few drive thru’s I have ever frequented where you actually get what you order. Big fan of Starbucks coffee, especially the darker roasts. Flat white was a pleasant surprise and welcome addition to the lineup.

Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes. Ordered 6 kinds of sandwiches. Each one had to be checked on. Only to find they didn’t have any sandwiches left at 3pm. Then, had you wait 10 more minutes just to get out of the drive thru, as once you’re in line, there’s no getting out. Colossal waste of 30 minutes abs ended up empty handed. AVOID!

Starbucks is by far my favorite. The staff here knows me by name and what I order. They know my children and are always warm and friendly. I love going to starbucks.

This location is in desperate need of labor management; really need additional resources to cope with heavy traffic. Also, baristas fighting back with customer is not appealing.

Some of the staff are rude, especially at the drive-through. To many ghetto employees. But overall ur average starbucks, good food, good drinks.

Oddly enough this is my preferred local Star Bucks even though it is situated along a major highway. Even with the smaller space here than, say, the one in Chicopee, they somehow made it cosy and I find that there’s always a nice energy inside despite or because of the heavy and constant visitor traffic due to its location right off I-91. In comparison(to another high volume store), the Starbucks in the Ingleside/Holyoke Mall is basically just a long order queue with some tables thrown in and there is no point really in sitting there as opposed to getting your coffee to go. I find the staff always friendly and helpful. They seem very efficient and able to deal with the high volume of orders from both the drive-through and the in-store customers with scarcely any delay. In terms of coffee quality(I always order the large caffee latte) the local Starbucks are all decent and about the same(and comparable to most Starbucks I know from elsewhere).

Ok, so contrary to most posts, I love this sbux! The reason it takes longer is there are soooo many customers. Think about it, unlike most cities that have sbux stores on practically every corner, this is the only sbux in all of Springfield. If you work in Springfield or agawam or w. Spfld, this is your sbux. I always tell them they need to build another sbux on the other side of 91… the staff there are super cool & friendly ppl. They never flinch if you want your drink remade. So rating this store for drinks & service, 5 stars big time. Please don’t rate based on poor location… that’s silly. And because this sbux super busy you should know you need to get there earlier. Give yourself time. Remember, these guys are doing their best to offer good/courteous service & make your drink well. For such a big city & just 1 sbux, waiting is inevitable. Maybe you need to learn patience & having more grace for people. I’ve had drinks at sbux in Westfield, e. L., Holyoke, chicopee & none are ever as welcoming/friendly as spfld sbux. Gooood customer service means employees are happy & Happy employees means better effort to make you happy. Yay for good coffee! ! I wish dd’s dishwater tasting coffee locations could be replaced with sbux… and on that note, lets be grateful we at least have 1 sbux!

This was my third and last time going to this Starbucks. It doesn’t matter what time of day I try to purchase coffee and food, the wait is always way too long. I went on my way to work on Saturday morning, and the line was out the door as was the drive thru. I went down the road to Dunkin Donuts and was served in less than five minutes. The prices and the wait are too ridiculous for me.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. You’ve got your drive-thrus(such as this location), your walk-ins, and your build-ins(such as in malls, grocery stores, and Targets). Generally speaking, every location does fairly well as far as getting your order out as quickly and accurately as possible. Sometimes it’s not easy and I’ve seen some pretty long queues for some coffee. I’m cognizant of how difficult it can be to maintain a certain expectation of speed and quality. Unfortunately, this Starbucks has made some errors in my orders and it’s not convenient for us to return and have them correct their mistakes, particularly since their drive-thru feeds right onto a major one-way thoroughfare into the heart of downtown Springfield. Moreover, their drive-thru wait times are frequently longer than ten minutes. The other locations in the area(East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, and, yes, even Westfield) are generally quicker and easier to return to in the event of errors, which have been far rarer than they have at the Springfield location. Perhaps if they had more staff during peak hours? Either way, I’ve frequently chosen to go to East Longmeadow over Springfield simply because they’re faster and more accurate, and just generally friendlier too.

I come here a few times a week. And as a lot of other reviews say that it takes a long time to get their drink, I wouldn’t say that it takes that long. Maybe a little bit longer but whenever I go there are always a bunch people getting drinks just like me. Patience for coffee is a hard task in the morning. Good location off 91 with Drive thru! Glad they have this one in Springfield because I don’t like Dunkin hot coffee. Sorry about it. Staff and baristas have always been nice to me!

I’m giving this store three stars grudgingly. Were it not for the nice staff and the outdoor patio where I could rest with my dog, it would merit one star. Got here after a 2.5 hour drive with another 4 hours to go. Ravenously hungry. The line was HUUUGE! And then I noticed the fresh food shelves were empty. Seriously, empty. Totally empty. No artisan sandwiches. No wraps. No salads. No… You guessed it. I had their one remaining oatmeal cookie. And the line kept getting longer. The staff, however, with a smile. And Tango and I savored a little of our cookie and I had a nice cappuccino. When a store fails so bad to meet demand, it’s not the employees’ fault. It’s shoddy management. For a Starbucks, that’s unforgivable. I’m christening this place the Soviet Starbucks. Long lines and empty shelves.
