The only rest area I know Northbound on I-​89, heading toward Vermont is this one. I believe it is located at Mile Marker 40, between Exit 12A and 13.
This rest area has the following amenities: full handicap facilities, info, phone, picnic table, trash cans, vending, pet area.
The bathroom hand dries are weak, blowing pressure is lousy. When you walk in, there are vending machines to the right (facing the building).
This is a fairly clean rest area that is convenient off I-​89. If you look down and up though, in a split second you can easily pass right by and the turn around to get back is painful (time consuming).
