Customer service like this is hard to find!
It all started with needing more of my suntan lotion which is only sold here & there at salons – once you find a fave you hate to switch!
The original place I always got it is now no longer an authorized seller so I was off to find another seller. As I traveled to different areas for work, I would check salons for it & had no luck. Finally I emailed the company that makes it to find out where it could be located. In steps So Tan shop owner Abby Flavin! She emailed me back immediately that she could order it for me as she was the new authorized seller in the area. As my schedule is crazy & work keeps me swamped, she & I emailed back & forth for weeks while I found time to call her to order. She kept in constant contact, was super nice & helpful the entire time & called me when I said I was ready to order. I of course was busy with work & missed her call, she then text me from her cell to follow up & let me know to call anytime. Needless to say, I finally placed my order & she just charged me a small fee to ship it to me as I no longer live in that city. When I ordered it, I then found out she was the owner as I was saying how impressed I was with her customer service & wanted to tell her manager. If her salon is anything like her customer service it has to be the best in town! In a day when places live & die by their customer service, yet really good service is hard to find, Abby was an impressive reminder it is still out there. Keep up the great work & you must try her salon for all your tanning needs!
