I really like this place. The people are great! They were friendly to me and the several elderly customers in the store! I love doing business here and they fixed my iPhone 6plus issue quicker than expected. I did have to stand around a bit before I was helped but the store was pretty busy.

My iPhone was stuck in earphone mode so I could only use it on speakerphone. AT&T was going to have me go through warranty process that would take a few days to have a phone back in usable form. Got there about an hour before close and there were multiple people waiting in front of me. By the time it was my turn it was after close, but they still took care of me and got my phone fixed pretty quick. Michael and Jamie, thanks again!

I didn’t like their customer service. I will not use them again. I’ll use database next time. I had a computer repair and they promised a lot but failed to deliver. I had to keep calling them to get updates and they took much longer then promised. They kept saying it will be done tomorrow and then it wasn’t. This happened 3 times and it was frustrating.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’m 15 and I went in the store without my parents to look at cases I’m one of those people who like to shop without someone hovering over me while I shop. That’s not the situation here this guy was constantly on top of me while I was looking for cases and I finally found one I wanted. I went to get checked out and the case was $ 43 and I payed with a $ 50 bill. I got done and he gave me a receipt, And said, «Have a nice day». While he gave me my case and receipt and I knew he owed me money back so I slowly start to walk away to see if he will say anything. Well he doesn’t and I look at my receipt to see how much I needed back and he owed me like $ 7.30 after tax. Well he didn’t say anything and another guy said, «Oh wait you need your change!» And I was like oh good, someone else was nice and stepped in. So I got my change and went on to a different store and I thought the case seemed a bit high so I looked it up on Amazon and found out that it was WAY cheaper on Amazon, it was only $ 25! So my mom told me to take the case back and I had 6 minutes before the store closed, so I got there and I told them that I want to return the case and he said, «I already added everything up.» And another guy came over to me and grabbed the case from me and said, «I guess since your retuning this you won’t need it.» And I thought that was really rude the way he said it. And the cashiers started mumbling to each other and the one that said he had everything added up told me that he couldn’t do it today and I would have to come back Tomorrow because it will throw off the register. And I said, «You guys aren’t supposed to close till 6 p.m. And I can’t come back tomorrow because I live a 1 hour and 30 minutes away. So then he sighed and rolled his eyes and forced the register to open gave me my money and didn’t say«Sorry hope to see you again». Or anything and it made me mad because they shouldn’t sell cases for X2 the price. I really hope the manger or owner sees this review. And I hope to get an apology.

Went to the Battlefield Mall store and had the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. Friendly and efficient.
