I wish I could leave a zero, this was the worst experience I could have had, broken toe rod end so steering was out told them to send a wheel dolly, driver showed without one, this was Saturday, I told them no problem do it Monday first thing. They jerked me around till noon I said come first thing Tuesday, I’ve been on the phone every hour it is now noon again and canceled the tow and went with tux horn. Shaner owns like several tow companies I have no idea why I got jerked so bad!!! Go some where else if you need a tow!!!
