I now call on S S & B to do all the maintenance /​repair work on the HVACs in my rental properties. They have always been punctual, upfront about cost, easy to work with, and quick to get the job done right.

When I moved into my house last month I had problems getting my furnace to stay on so I called SS&B because my new neighbor used them and recommended them. They sent someone out who helped me figure out how to program my thermostat and showed me where everything was. Everyone there was really nice and helped me without making me feel stupid for not knowing this stuff. I would definitely use them again.

Before moving to KC I was in between homes, and had to keep a large chunk of my belongings in storage for around 3 months. I used SS&B, and I found them to be very fair priced, and helpful. The storage area is very heavily secured, and clean. I never once worried about a possible theft of my items. SS&B gave me the 2nd month free. I ended up only paying for 2⁄3 of the months I had things stored there. I did have to put down a $ 50 deposit, but they sent me a check for that within a week of closing my storage unit. I probably won’t need SS&B again, but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
