Amazing food service and atmosphere. Absolutely the best place in Springield. It is also John Legends regular stop when is town.

It’s Red Lobster. Simply put, you know what you’re getting into. You either like it, or you don’t. Like most chains, the service is often dependent on call offs, customer flow, & management… so quality can fluctuate dependent on your timing. That said, I’ve rarely had a bad experience at this location. The wait is almost always non-existent, they’ve always kept me in biscuits, & whether by myself or in a group with kids, the wait staff has been very helpful.

What can I say? It’s red lobster, all of them are pretty much the same. Food was fresh and service was friendly. Location is older and somewhat dated, carpet had an odd smell.

Great people and customer support. We had a minor issue and the GM treated the issue with amazing professionalism and customer service. The food was great and the service good.

Pretty nice surprise in the Midwest — good enough seafood, good service, pricy, also way salty in the usual fashion.

The garlic butter biscuits are of course awesome. They’re getting smaller in size so just eat two. LOL. The stuffed mushrooms were not fully cooked; the mushrooms were still hard. The lobster mac n cheese had two pieces of lobster; it was delicious but for $ 8 there should have been more lobster. The Salmon New Orleans was cooked properly but there was sooo much pico de gallo on top that most of it I had to scrape off; and it was watery like they didn’t use a slotted spoon to garnish the salmon. The Admiral’s Feast came out and the presentation was ugly. The food was good; of course it’s all deep-fried but it just looked like they’d thrown it on the plate. For $ 25 I expect it to at least be presentable. Service was excellent. They are breaking away from Darden Restaurants so hopefully their quality will go up.

Extremely over priced Gordon’s Food/Sysco frozen food. I have traveled all over this country and ate at multiple seafood restaurants and Red Lobster is at the bottom of my list. The food is overpriced for the quality. If it weren’t for the fact that i had a coupon and was craving seafood I wouldn’t of wasted the time.

Well there isn’t too much to say about a chain that differs from the others. But the service here was pretty good, the food was hot and cooked correctly. The cheddar bay biskets were also in over abundance. What else can you ask for from Red Lobster!

I’ve eaten at this place twice this week while I was in town on business. The thing I appreciate most here is the service. In both instances, the hostess and the waitresses were pleasant and attentive. And on both occasions the manager stopped by my table to inquire if everything was satisfactory. I spend a lot of time on the road eating at a variety of restaurants, and I would put the service here in the top tier. The prices are a little on the high side, and the portions a little skimpy, but I’ll pay a premium for top rate service any time.
