Just wonderful! Portions are very generous, product is quality and the staff is always super friendly. Yes, a few extra choices on ingredients would be nice but they only have a limited space so I think they’re doing exactly what they can handle. I’m heading down to yellow springs tomorrow just to have the ramen as they are set up at the brewery. I’m a very happy camper.

I always look forward to seeing the Ramen Rickshaw when they come to the National Road Commons, a.k.a Food Truck Alley, in downtown Springfield. I’ve tried everything on the menu from the ramen to the curry to the fried rice. Not only is the food great, but the service is wonderful, too!

Fresh made noodles, fresh made broth. This stuff is gold in a bowl. Can’t say enough good things about the Ramen Rickshaw. Only wish I could get it whenever I wanted :) Just check Ramen Rickshaw’s Facebook page to find out when/where they will be set up. Try to get there early(the lines can get long really quick!).

We stopped by the Dayton Brew Company specifically for Ramen Rickshaw. I got two 32 oz. Peddlers noodles two different ways. Hard boiled Egg/Seasonal Veggie/Pork. Hard boiled Egg/2X Seasonal Veggie. We also had the fried rice. It was dreary out the night we went, but the service was great. The woman who took our order was bubbly and very friendly. The cooks were smiling and had a lighthearted vibe. The Ramen. We took ours home. I found it to be good, but not the flavor explosion I was hoping for. That may have been unfair, but I had crazy high hopes. Leftovers. After letting one of the 32 oz. containers sit in the fridge a couple days I decided to heat it up. The broth had more of less been absorbed by the noodles, when I nuked it some of the broth came out. It was tastier this round. I enjoyed the people and the food enough to try it again. Best of luck.

Positively brilliant! It’s great that there’s a place to get ramen in Springfield OH. I had the Peddlers Ramen. The noodles were firm and tasty. The broth was flavorful and very rich. You can add your choice of toppings. The Peddlers Ramen also comes in 3 sizes. I had the pork tenderloin and soft boiled egg. The folks who run it are very friendly. The ramen rickshaw is not available everyday, so check their Facebook page for the schedule and location.

I love ramen rickshaw for their noodles, but i find the broth to be a little one note sometimes. I also wish they offered the perfect compilation of toppings without any up-charges for each ingredient added. I’m saying my perfect one would be some dry seaweed, garlic chips, pork belly, and a boiled egg. I would pay more for their«peddlers» noodles. But they don’t have some of these ingredients and it can get really boring really fast.

I cannot say enough positive things about this food truck! Their food is consistent and delicious! I like the owners the most. They are so gracious and kind in the way they handle their business. No matter how busy they are, they conduct themselves professionally and with smiles.

All I know is that i didn’t have enough and it had kale in it. Yea, you should eat here if you can find it! I’m really bad about figuring out where they will be day to day, so it’s like a rolling treasure chest of delicious. Yeah, if you guys could just park in my front yard that would be great.

Peddlers noodles. Bacon fried rice. This place has one giant flaw. 32 oz is not enough. Please offer gallon sizes.

This ramen is probably as good as Dayton, Ohio gets! Spicy, salty rich broth and a generous helping of noodles for $ 6 :)

Ramen Rickshaw was killing it at Holiday in the City. I got the peddlers noodles again, this time with roast pork and soft boiled egg. I also took home the curry rice for lunch the next day. Sometimes I’m really good at making decisions, it was delicious. They have a calendar on their Facebook page that shows where they can be found. Sometimes they set up at Yellow Speings Brewery. That’s my kind of party. Best food truck. Five stars.

I went to the Yellow Cab Food Truck Rally with the sole intent of trying ramen from the Ramen Rickshaw. I’d been following them on Facebook for a while but never had the opportunity to reach any of their locations until today! I ordered the miso soy ramen with a gyoza… And let me tell you, it hit that perfect note of salty and savory. I slurped that down in record time and am already craving more. If you are looking for that Umami flavor, look no further than the Ramen Rickshaw!
