Okay. So we ordered on a average Saturday night. A medium cheese pizza with 8 boneless wings. Never showed up after an hour. Called after an hour and we got transferred to the call center, where we waited for 20 min to talk to a woman who told us we eventually got a 10 dollar credit and pushed to the front of the line to order. That was a lie. Never got our order. Everyone else we talked to argued with us as if we were lying. We eventually hung up and ordered from somewhere else. Worst service ever

If for nothing else, this company deserves your business for what they did to help out a family tonight. I came here after scraping together the last bit of money I have to help out a family who just lost their home in a house fire two days after Christmas. I used a 50% discount coupon which I received in an email and they were kind enough to give me another 50% off of my order so I would be able to help this family. I don’t like to ask for charity or help, but the manager made it less painful because of her compassion and understanding. I want to give a big thanks to the manager at Pizza Hut on South Grant for being so kind and the Pizza Hut company for giving her the ability to do so.
