Ntb-National Tire & Battery

I called first to see if their alignment rack would accommodate wheels larger than 20″. They said it wasn’t a problem, and that they do big wheels and tires «all the time» so I drove half an hour out of my way to have them do the alignment and reset the tire pressure sensors. I was also told when I arrived the alignment rack was open so they would pull the truck right in and additionally that resetting the tire pressure sensors was «no charge.» It should’ve been finished «in about an hour» so I walked to eat and came back expecting it to be done. The truck never moved an inch. A shop tech explained that the wheels were too big and that 20″ was the largest wheel they could align. He asked if I would still like the tire pressure sensors reset… for $ 19.95. I explained that I was told otherwise and if he’d reset the sensors at no charge for wasting half of my day that would be fantastic. He declined. The lady that misinformed me was apologetic but she obviously didn’t know their capabilities. Because of her lack of knowledge, training or whatever the malfunction, three hours of my day were shot not leaving enough time to find another shop that could do it. Great way to spend my only day off. What really blows my mind is that I wasn’t called and told. I made sure my contact information was correct in their computer and I even told her to call me if there were any issues. Misinformation, no communication, and an unnecessary waste of time. Additionally my keys were left in the vehicle. Why did they go in it if they never moved it? What if someone drove away with it? They’re horrible all the way around.

The worst place EVER!!! We had a terrible experience but though it was a fluke! My son went at 7am and was the first car there. It took 2 hours (???) and there was oil all over the car (inside and out) And they lost his keys… Can you imagine? Stay away from this place
