Midas

I’ve used Midas in previous states I’ve lived in and have always found them to be great. They always do a great job and the people who work there are friendly, know their stuff, and aren’t pushy about up sells. I tried this location and was very pleased to find that they follow suit. Vince, who was working out front was very nice and he didn’t try to scare me to death when he told me my back rear tire needed to be changed. He simply told me what was wrong with it and said it should probably be done sooner rather than later. I was very thankful for this and went ahead and had them change the tire. I also needed a new rear windshield wiper (which I knew going in), he told me that they didn’t have one at this time, but if I wanted to grab one somewhere, I could bring it by and he’d change it out for no charge. I was very happy with my service there and will be back again next time I need anything done with my car!

I have had up and down experiences with Midas. The reason I am giving this location 4 stars is because I have came here after issues with other auto places and they have always tried to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. I have came here twice with repairs that need done the same day and both times they were able to get me in.
There have been little issues here and there regarding the payment aspect of Midas but the over all customer service I would say is highly recommendable.
This being said, I would avoid getting a Midas credit. The company that backs it charged me interest on a card I had paid off (before the pay date). They Refuse to admit they were wrong then ironically the ended up sending us a refund check after we agreed to pay the interest just to settle the matter and close the account. If they would have just corrected the problem to begin with and voided the incorrect interest charge, there would have been no problem.

I got my oil changed at Midas on Stevenson Dr not only was the staff very freindly but they did not try to up sell me like at Jiffy Lube, Brahlers and all those other kind of places…
The price was awesome too only 19.99 that also included a tire rotation as well!
The Toyota dealer wanted 19.99 just to rotate tires!
I will be back best in town!
