There’s no place else I’ll come to get my haircut or my eyebrows waxed. Samantha and her team are top notch!

Jarrod has cut my twice and I absolutely love his work. He took the time to listen to my needs. (I had been frustrated because I couldn’t find any style that looked good.) And then he recommended a super cute cut that would be complimentary to me. He did such a good job that when my friends saw the transformation, their jaws literally dropped! from now on I think I’ll make appointments with him to make sure I get him. I would recommend him to anyone.

There’s one dude here who does a killer job, so I hate to rate them so poorly, but other than him I’ve been consistently unimpressed with the level of service… I know, I know, it’s in the mall, and maybe I just shouldn’t expect much; but then again, even McDonalds employees find a way to muster some customer service skills most of the time.
This evening for instance, I got to the mall at ~8:40, admittedly a bit later than I’d planned on (I work retail and the hours suck), but there was still plenty of time before they closed at 9, especially considering I get an easy fade that takes 5 – 6 minutes max. Considering they were (supposed to be) open for another 20 minutes, the place was empty, and I always tip at least 25%… it shouldn’t have been a problem. Or so I thought.
The dude working there had already done the closing routine apparently. When I asked if he had time for a really quick buzz, he unapologetically told me he’d already done closing stuff and I’d have to go somewhere else. Ummm… What? At the very least he could have apologized for shutting the place down almost half an hour early. Nope! Suppose it didn’t help matters that he looked like he’d just stepped out of one of those windowless vans we all feared as children when some Chester tried to lure us in with candy. He came stock with pedo-​stash and all.
So at the end of the day he was creepy as hell anyway and I’m not all that upset that I didn’t have to sit through even five minutes in his chair, but the principle remains– a business needs to be open until their posted hours say they are, they need to treat customers with courtesy and respect, and employees need to present themselves in a professional and appropriate manner (they are representing the business after all).
So yeah… I’d give em one star, but that one other dude (Justin? Jason, maybe) is friggen awesome so I through on an additional star for him because it was his shop I’d be giving it five.

The only place I ever get my haircut and everyone I get their does a great job! Until the last time I went… I got my haircut by a male I don’t recall his name but I was very specific with my haircut and made sure he understood what I wanted. I told him I didn’t want less length as possible taken off since my hair is to my hips and short layers all around to frame my face and my side swept bangs trimmed. He started trimming the bottom half of my hair which I didn’t know why maybe I had spilt ends idk. Then the top half he started to layer. The end result I had CHOPPY «layers» and my bangs were even more CHOPPY and way to short!!! He had previously gave my fiancé a cut as we’ll in the past and did a horrible job giving him a faded fohawk not even seeming to know where to start. I gave him a second chance and was so dissapointed! My hair is ruined. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

This is one of the best places to go get a haircut and what an affordable price!!! Ask for Sam she is amazing!!! Makes my hair look great every time! And if you have a kid… ask for the «child whisperer» LOL. Trust me, they’ll know who you are talking about! She is great with kids and really knows how to make them hold still for the entire haircut!

I was 900 miles away from my usual hair cutting professional and I was in need of a trim. So, I went to Regis Hair Salon and they said I would have to wait for three hours, even though there was no one in there.
I walked to the other end of the mall and for $ 4 cheaper got the best haircut of my life after waiting zero seconds to get seated.
If you go, ask for Rachel and ask her about her awesome wedding. It involved a cheetah and an elephant. How cool is that?
