Dr. Lebedun is a compassionate care provider. I found him to truly understand the«mild» traumatic brain injury dilemma — as it is different from the extreme traumatic brain injury — where the patient themselves can’t accept the changes because there’s no blood, no broken bones & if we look okay & sound okay — why aren’t we okay? Dr. Lebedun was a bit eccentric in a sort of familiar humorous way — a 1970s kind of experience, where he sits cross legged eating his nuts & fruit — literally. It was strangely calming & comforting to be treated like a friendly guest in his office — it wasn’t clinical, or cold, but yet it was professional. I couldn’t afford to keep seeing both he & Debi Gale, so I chose to see her until I get the cognitive therapy I need. Both are great supportive sources for TBI. Thanks for restoring my faith in myself & helping me to realize that my awareness of my brain injury is actually part of the problem, both a blessing and a curse perhaps. Great«shrink» :) if you have TBI.
