Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. At the restaurant everyone received their food at separate times even our appetizer came after some had received their entrees. After we finished eating we went to setup two lanes for 3 adults and 3 kids we waited at the counter for over 10 minutes and once the guy came he had an attitude about starting a new game 1 hour before they were to close. A different worker called my friend a b#%^= and said that we can«get the f out» this was without any complaining just wanting to pay to play. I will not be returning to this establishment and I would suggest that you only come here if you have low expectations for service and have a lot of time wait.

Everything was okay while we were there. The drinks were great, bartenders were nice, it wasn’t packed… but it closed at 10:00 on a Saturday night. Had we known that, we probably would have chosen a different alley.

What a terrific joint! Ate a fabulous breakfast — biscuits and gravy and hash browns, and a STRONG Bloody Mary. The waitresses were funny, upbeat, and great servers. The dining area was full of locals, as word has spread about the good food and reasonable prices. The décor and menu is not fancy — horseshoes of course, and traditional breakfast items. Then bowling… pretty quiet for a Friday morning. We bowled next to a group of guys who had physical and mental disabilities, and cheered each other on — LOTS of high fives. Everyone was very friendly, quick and eager to please. When in Springfield, check it out.
