Five Guys Burgers and Fries

I love these burgers as much as the next unhealthy American! I could eat here any day of the week! I love the fact that I get my burgers juicy, my fries hot, and all the peanuts my heart can stand…
The staff is always courteous on the phone when I do a lunch time drive by, I get my food quickly and it is always really delicious…
There isn’t much else I can say that hasn’t been said before…

If I were you skip this store and go find a different Five Guys, the store is full of cheaters and scammers, that will just take your money. My wife went to order me some food there and they decided to make her over pay. She ordered 2 cheese burgers just cheese and a small fry. So the cashier ordered her 2 little CBs and a small fry. She was then asked by the cashier, after the transaction was processed for the 2 little CBs, if she had wanted the 2 patty burgers, which was the correct order. My wife said yes I wanted the 2 patty burger, so the manger next to the cashier said to just charge for another cheeseburger. This is not what you do you cancel the previous order and recharge the correct order. She ended up paying $ 24! if you go check prices, the real price should be $ 20 with tax. The manager, a thief, and GM is zero help or use when I called back to complain! By the way $ 4 is $ 4 and a thief is a thief! If I could give a 0 rating for this store I would. Watch your money at this store!

Best burgers ever better than the new trendy places. Simple and classic place to go eat any day of the week.

Five Guys is Five Guys. They’re all over the place around here and it tastes exactly the same at each location. I eat here fairly regularly because I work right down the road. Prices are fair and I will continue to visit.

Five guys in Springfield is always a go to place if you want a classic burger joint taste. Their cheese has very good taste. But I gave it three stars not four because I came in today on National Cheese Burger Day and they had no promotions or specials whatsoever for this day. It’s a burger joint and they don’t celebrate this? To me that is absurd

I am a fan of five guys to begin with because they have delicious food. This location is puts out quality food and the customer service is great. Honestly, they have a great staff at this location. The food comes out quick, even when it’s busy they still manage to keep a good tempo when pumping out the burgers and fries. The fries are always not and fresh. I dig it.

Been eating here when they first opened! Never expected the place to be prestine, but I’m there for the food. I always call ahead and just drive over to pick up (only live 5min away). Their Cajun fries now come in 3 different sizes, but you only need the small since they fill the cup, place it in the paper bag, then put an extra scoop of fries in the bag on top. And they have free peanuts as you wait. Can’t go wrong bc you choose what to put on your burger.

Still waiting to here something back from Nate shows customers feedback etc isn’t important but thanks Kenneth for reaching out still hasn’t accomplished anything I won’t be coming back to this five guys.

It’s a Five Guys, so really what’s there to mess up? I have been here at least a dozen times. Usually the food is great. Last time my burger was red in the middle. Not pink, red. They did replace it promptly.
My one dislike of this store is that in cold weather every person that comes in freezes out the place, as there is no foyer or double doors. If it’s chilly out, don’t sit by the door!

Best Five Guys I’ve been to hands down! The burger was perfectly cooked and made exactly as I asked, plus they were not stingy on the fries when I ordered one large and indicated I was sharing with my kids. The staff was ultra friendly and the store was clean.

Ordered take out tonight. Person who answered the phone could barely understand the order because of the language barrier. I arrived to pickup my order and tried to verify that it was correct. They assured the order was right. I get home and the order was completely wrong. I paid more money for something I didn’t get: paid for bacon cheeseburger and only got a cheeseburger. Ordered seasoned fries and got regular fries.

Yummy burgers! Love the customer service… its a peaceful clean area to eat with your family and friends.

Five Guys food quality is well known from the fresh made delicious burger, fresh bread, fresh HUGE French fries, to the unlimited toppings you can add. Outstanding customer service and the guys in Springfield are super friendly! Five Guys has an app, where you can order ahead for pick up and you customize your order!

I mean it’s five guys… Need I say more? It’s good and if you want a good burger and fries get your booty down there…

Burgers and fries are so good. You can decide what toppings you want in your burger and there are a lot of toppings and sauces to pick from. They have lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, pickles, A1 sauce, jalapeños, green peppers, and so much more. I always get A1sauce and jalapeños because it tastes so much better with it. The jalapeños are spicy, but it’s worth it for the flavor.
They have amazing fries. You can get vinegar on it which makes it tastes so delicious. They give you a massive serving size of fries, so the smallest size is definitely enough! The fries are crispy and seasoned perfectly.
You can walk in and get a container of peanuts as you wait for your food and this Five Guys location had an outdoor sitting area, which was nice.

Yeah, it’s five guys and my friends with glare at me for brushing off this burger place in the past, but excuse me bc my first experience was at an airport with a huge line forming behind me and no time to look over the menu properly. I did not know all the toppings were free. I walked away with a plain cheeseburger and huffed to myself, What is the big deal? To add, fries are not my thing in general.
Driving home from NYC last night, I got to thinking about the last time I had a wiener with the works… insert dirty joke. (Double shame on you.)
I googled what was available in my area and Five Guys came up. Five Guys serves hot dogs? Yes. And you can top it to infinity, with chunky onion, pickles, green peppers, cheddar, et cetera, exclamation. It’s not gourmet; it’s split, grilled, and solid. Stop going to 7 – 11. Stop using the cheese from the dispenser, it’s for the nachos.
This location is super clean, has a chipper crew that greets everyone with an awesome attitude, and I’ll be back for a burger some time :)

Best burgers at a reasonable price that’s also a few minutes away from home. There are no frozen patties here; everything is made fresh. The customer service at this Springfield location is superb and you get your order fairly quickly even when it’s dinner time and the line is long. I like to get the bacon cheeseburger with cajun style fries. All toppings are FREE! Snack on free peanuts located in the restaurant as you wait for your order to be ready.

These guys always mess up your order, esp online or via mobile.
Check your order. Otherwise the food is good.

This location was my first Five Guys experience, a long long time ago. Five Guys is just as good now as it was back when I first had them, over 10 years ago.
Fresh, simple, quality ingredients, burgers cooked perfectly and made to order. 5 Guys offers a large amount of toppings, just so hungry patrons can build their perfect burger. Fries come out hot, crispy, and delicious. Dipped them into malted vinegar or Ketchup, and you’re in fry heaven. Service is good, food is fantastic. What more could you want?
