If I could I would give this place a big FAT 0! I called in the morning asking for stem replacement on my car. I was originally told that I can take the stupid tire sensors off and replace them with rubber stems. I confirmed this by repeating what the person on the phone said to me word for word. I asked for a price and it was settled. I take my vehicle in there after work and all of a sudden it’s «illegal» to make this repair this way.
Now I’m not saying they lied to me about it being illegal but if it was why not tell me that on the phone? I came in expecting to pay $ 23 a tire for the repairs and all of a sudden they «have to repair them this way for $ 100+ a tire!!» I am not expecting them to break the law and repair my car illegally, but I also don’t expect to be mislead so that they bring in my business.
This place in my opinion is not honest AT ALL. I will definitely be looking else where for car repairs in the future.

Awesome people with a genuine willingness to help with automotive needs and problems. My experience there on S. MacArthur was a unique one that had the opportunity to go south. As the work progressed, everyone pitched in, including the manager and salesman, so that the constant flow of customers were attended to, and the technicians were assisted when they needed help. I knew my vehicle was unique, but with the care of these people, I soon realized that I had chosen the right shop for the work that needed to be done. I will be going back with everything I own from now on.
