Christine is an absolute MUST when it comes to extensions! She is absolutely the best. I have been going to her for years and my hair always looks fabulous! She is an expert in this field, I highly recommend her.!! :-)

This is a nice salon that offers a lot. So far I’ve only used them for hair and nail services. I’m pleased with the prices and quality of service. The staff that I’ve worked, Nejat and Becky are personable and take their time to do quality work!

I can’t believe I haven’t done a review on this place before!
I’ve been coming here for a few years. I usually wait till I’m fed up with my hair, and then make an apt. with Christine. And she is *awesome*!! She’s realistic with what can be done with my hair, and asks questions before she starts working. She genuinely likes her job, and it shows! She likes to have fun, so it’s never an awkward trip to the salon. The staff is nice and accommodating as well. I will continue to go to this salon, and would recommend to anybody!

The salon itself: Easy to find, clean, and has a very friendly staff! Everyone who works there is talented — I always see people leaving looking like rock stars.
My Favorite :-): I have been going to Christine for a few years now. I always joke that nobody else is allowed to touch my hair … and I mean it. She is an expert at extensions (does them for a friend of mine) but I go for the cut, color, & styling. She has a way of highlighting that blends in with your natural hair color so you can’t even notice them even starting to grow out for months! Christine is easy to talk to and a lot of fun during the appointments. Always there to give great hair (and life) advice & ideas. She has a few ‘magic touches’, I call them, that I have never seen before but greatly appreciate! Never will push buying products on you but will let you know which ones would work best with your hair & style.

My first trip I got a great haircut from Pam. I have straight but thick medium-​length hair and had it done in long layers (my usual). I enjoyed talking with Pam and also enjoyed a complementary Diet Coke, which I was definitely needing that evening. I will likely go back.

Brandon did a gel manicure and regular pedicure for me. He was on time and relaxed, very pleasant. I did not feel rushed. Received a 20% discount as a new client. The only complaint I have is that there was only one pedicure option that was $ 45. I was expecting $ 35 max for regular pedicure. I would have my fingernails done here again, but not my toenails.

I really enjoyed getting my nails done at this salon. A one stop shop that has nail, waxing, and hair services. Wide open, clean place and super friendly employees. And next to Jacalito Grill, which has good eats, haha.
I’m going to put it out there and say this is a family… baby? friendly salon. I think I pulled the ultimate faux pas to realize that, though. So, check it. I’m a Mom now. But I’m not like a regular Mom, I’m a COOL Mom (does anyone else feel old when they realize that movie is now 10 years old…). So, I brought my kid to the salon. I knowwww, but before you judge me, Liam’s 5 months, though, so liiiike, he’s not a toddler that’s running around yet. He sat in my lap and chilled for the most part. Are you not supposed to bring your kid to these joints? I don’t know what the etiquette is on this. And when he didn’t chill, for mom’s who can appreciate this and know what acronyms are in the mom forum life, I am a BFM and no one batted an eye. But that’s probably because I used a shawl to cover up so no one was really the wiser. But everyone treated Liam as if he was a client. Super cute and I can appreciate that. He cooed and smiled and charmed the pants off everyone in the salon. I think this may be because kids get their haircut and stuff here… So, it’s not just a nail salon, where some people go to seek solace and quiet time. Since hair is also done there, there are dryers and machines on at any given time, which obviously means it’s not very quiet. Score for this [cool] mom!
Anyway, back to the services, I went to Brandon and he’s excellent. He asked questions about what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I can definitely appreciate that. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Massage was excellent and he was very careful to not get any polish in the cuticle and cleaned up any polish that was out of place. It bugs me when nail techs don’t do that. I’m really happy with my nails and have gotten a few compliments. Thanks, B! I got bubble bath by OPI which is a light creamy pink color and Cajun shrimp (a pinky red) on my toes. It was also a great deal for the 2, prob better than a bunch of other places I have gone to.
The owner, Lan, is very sweet. Christine, was also really nice. She kept my son company while I was getting my eyebrow waxed back into 2. Pam, was excellent in waxing my eyebrows and shaped them out nicely. It is pricier than other places ($ 18 for an eyebrow wax), but I thought it was well worth it.
Totes goin’ back. With or without my kid.

Okay so this review is long overdue, but I have to say that I absolutely love this place! Noël was my stylist. He was sooo nice and very helpful. This was the first I had ever colored my hair, and he was great. I went back a week later just to tweak the color a bit and everything was great. My mom loved Noël so much she bookwd an appointment with him.

As a loyal customer for nearly a decade, Pamela definitely makes Elany Image one of the best hair salons in the area. She can and WILL make your hair beautiful and stylish! I have gone to her for my quinceañera, homecoming, senior pictures, and prom and she ALWAYS knows what to do.
The staff is very friendly and the salon is pristine, not even a smudge on the counters. I am also a licensed hair dresser, so I know they are following procedures properly. DEFINITELY recommend Elany Image!

I’ve been a client at Elany Image for more years than I can remember now. My go-​to lady is Pam Traverso Davis. She has cut my hair, colored my hair, waxed away the unwanted hairs, perfectly polished my nails (see pics) and my toes for years. I’ve had highlights, low-​lights, single process color, long hair and short hair.
There are so many other great stylists working at Elany Image. Lan is the owner and she is a lovely person. Tracy is great for facials and nails. While I don’t know everyone I have no problem recommending the salon. It’s a great place for a little spa day with friends, family or just on your own.
They take great care of each and every client. Waters, soda, coffee and cookies are always readily available. Elany often hosts a variety of custom jewelers selling beautiful jewelery. Usually right in time for Mother’s Day or the holidays. Affordable pricing and a relaxed atmosphere make this a great salon.

Would totally agree with that statement. I saw Pam a few months ago. She was okay as a stylist, honestly was not wowed by the haircut she gave me. What’s very disappointing is that she was running late w/​her client and I had to wait a long time. No explanation, no apology. As if my time isn’t valuable.
The salon furniture in the waiting area was worn and dirty. Just the whole vibe of the salon was not one that exuded professionalism. I’ve been to a variety of salons and this was really one of the most mediocre. Prices may be reasonable, but I’m willing to pay for a great cut and I definitely did not get that here.

Thought I would take a chance on a local salon — thank goodness I did, my hair hasn’t looked this good in a minute!
I went to Elany Image right before Thanksgiving and am still getting compliments on my highlights. HOLLA!!!
Noël is great at what he does, easy to talk to, funny, honest with you about what would work for you/​your style and can teach you tricks on how to easily «oomph» up your ‘do on your own. He truly is an amazing stylist — I can’t wait to go back and see him!

I have been going to Ms. Lan for about 3 years now, and my mom is Elie’s regular. They are extremely detail oriented, and ensure your hair is done *perfectly.* I have tried various hairstyles with her, from a short, angled bob to long layers down to my shoulders; from curly to straight finish; and from a left-​side part to right side (it can make all the difference, believe it or not). Just trust them with your hair and you’ll always leave happy.

This place is amazing. I can’t believe I’ve lived so close to it for so long and never utilized it. I had a pedicure and gel manicure by Tracy, then I had a haircut by Elie. Everyone was extremely nice and talented and everything turned out perfectly. The best part — the price was so surprisingly affordable. The pedicure was so amazing I thought I was accidentally being given the ‘deluxe’ or ‘executive’ one, turns out it was just their standard pedicure for $ 35. Gel manicure was $ 35 and the haircut (with shampoo and blowdry!) was $ 60. THEN I used a first time customer coupon from their website. I spent around $ 160 total and felt 1000 times better. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Pam is great! No question, she is a great with color, great for cutting and styling, great with waxing, and great with nails! Tracy is fab for pedicures, too! This salon was recommended to me by a friend who has been going here for years, and has been a client of Pam’s for even longer. Great recommendation. Don’t hesitate.

I’m new to the area and was hesitant to try a new place. But Pam was fabulous! Referred to me by a colleague and I was NOT at all disappointed.
The place is very clean and the staff was very pleasant from when you arrive to when you’re in the chair. But all that would mean nothing if Pam was not skilled and detail oriented. She listened to my request, gave some feedback and advice on how to upkeep healthy hair and was thorough with making sure my cut was perfect!
I am going back and I would refer anyone to her in a heartbeat!

I stumbled upon this salon on my way home from work about 9 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. I’ve only ever worked with Tracy who is AWESOME, but the rest of the staff are very friendly and always helpful.
