This company has the worst software on Earth! It is a do it yourself service with very bad directions on its website to process your payroll. I’ve had more trouble with it in the past three quarters! I never had a problem with do it yourself Intuit software which is also $ 25.00 cheaper. And if you call and you are upset. They do not listen to what you are saying they talk over you.
I will be contacting an advisory board since I am unable to pay my employees this week! Bad business!
