Catherines Plus Sizes

I had never been in this store and enjoyed looking around this Saturday morning. My sister and I bought several items. The reason for my 5-​star rating is solely for the lone store employee, Adrianne. There was a steady stream of customers into the shop and at no time were there less than 5 people waiting to check out. She was very apologetic for the scheduling mixups that had resulted in her being the only employee in the store. She moved through the waiting customers very efficiently and was cheerful throughout the entire time we were in the store. Honestly, she was a rockstar and I am convinced that the only reason waiting customers didn’t leave the store was because she was so committed to doing the best possible job under the worst possible circumstances. I’m not related to Adrianne, nor do I know her. But if I managed a shop and needed a great employee who works well under pressure, I’d hire her in a heartbeat. She deserves praise and a raise for her single-​handed stellar performance today, Sat., Jan. 2, 2016. And the management at Catherine’s should be more sensitive to the safety issues surrounding having only one employee in the store.
