Ok. So I received a phone call from the owner who was really polite and open and honest and not defensive. She even was willing to send me a complete refund. She was very understanding and took all of my review very seriously.
She owned up and it is a rare quality these days as most owners are defensive and rude and proud when someone offers them constructive criticism. She has earned my respect and there is a lot to be said for that.
This makes me give her two additional stars. I would be willing to try them again when they get a nail tech, which is coming soon. She was even willing to purchase the polish of my choice.
