Atlas Security Service

After a few emails and phone calls, management corrected their support procedures and gave credit of one month’s service.
At this point, I believe customer satisfaction is important to Atlas and it’s management.

I have been very impressed with Atlas. Their customer service has always been prompt, courteous, and honest. The feeling of «security» (pun intended but I’m serious) that I received from Atlas was well worth the very reasonable monthly monitoring fee. They never tried to «hard sell» me and ensured that I had enough security features to feel safe but not go overboard. They have a presence on Facebook and keep their followers informed not only of things happening within the company but also of security and safety related concerns.
They have lots of payment options, including auto withdrawal, and the fee is quite reasonable in my opinion.
In addition to them providing excellent service it was nice to work with a local business. Any chance I get to support local business I will, and the fact that they provide world class service was honestly a pleasant surprise.
