Sonja really is amazing!!! My eyebrows were in some serious danger and she made them look brand new. BEAUTIFUL. Loved her. And she’s super sweet and nice!

I met Sonja in the Eugene location and she threaded my eyebrows there a couple of times… She is very experienced and did a wonderful job!
When I saw her with her own business at the Gateway mall I was very happy because I live in Springfield and she is much closer now… So I now go do my eye brows at her new location, since it is much closer, less waiting time, and she offers the best service! She is very sweet, respectful and does a wonderful job! I introduced my mother to threading with Sonja and she goes there all the time now too!
The last time I went to the Eugene location (after Sonja was gone) and someone else did my eyebrows, I remember she would pull the string slowly and it hurt a lot more! I thought at that moment that i wouldn’t go back anymore cause I wasn’t happy with the service, and wished Sonja was still working there…
Then one day coming out of the Home Town Buffet at the Gateway Mall, I saw Sonja with her own threading booth!!! I was so happy she started her own business and even at a better price than in Eugene! (They used to charge $ 13 for eyebrows at the Valley River location) and ever since Sonja opened her location they decided to drop their prices to match Sonja’s prices… But even if they offer the same prices in Eugene, I MUCH prefer going to Sonja!!! As the owner of her business she will always give the best sevice!!! Now I only go to her!!!

Sonja is awesome! My friend turned me on to eyebrow treading and I have not waxed since. It is a little painful, but very quick and the cooling gel at the end is awesome. It’s only 10 dollars for brows and 7 for the upper lip which is the only treading I’ve had done.
I followed Sonja from her old location because she is really the best of the best. Very sweet, and easy to talk too. Also, I prefer Gateway because there is less people traffic and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Thanks, you rock!

In love with my eyebrows! This is my third visit and she has consistently provided excellent service, and for only $ 10, I highly recommend Sonja she is so sweet and always upbeat and smiling, I will be a return client again and again.

I have gone to this woman Sonja when she used to work at the original Eyebrow by Thread before starting her own competing shop. She did fine on my eyebrows then, perhaps because she was under the watchful eye of her employers, but when I came here with my daughter the other day, Sonja made my eyebrow way too thin. To add insult to injury, she insisted that eyebrow powder would make my brows look better in an effort to cover up her mistake. I didn’t even notice how skinny my eyebrow was until I got home and took off my makeup.
That is bad service and terrible responsibility. If you mess up you need to own up to it.

I got my eyebrows done ($ 10) and she did a wonderful job! She was very sweet and I loved the aloe gel she put over my eyebrows when she finished. Come and get your eyebrows done here! I always prefer threading bc I heard it was better for my skin (I am paranoid about wrinkles).
