The worst.
The worst service, the worst people, the worst location. Everything about this Mcdonald’s suck. I came here at 11pm. The drive thru line was super long. I was too lazy to go inside.
I was literally on this line for 15 minutes! It’s like they take the customers order, and start making the food once the person gets to the window. The purpose of the drive thru is to get your food and go. That is not the case with this location.
Unbelievable. So, anyways, The guy takes my order, and then has the nerve to get an attitude while doing so. I was in shock. So another 10 minutes passes before I could even get my order. I’m so annoyed at this point.
I get to the window, and he’s so distracted taking someone else’s order that he doesn’t even see me ready to pay. He just takes my card without telling me my total. Like, what the hell. It took 5 minutes for him to hand me my food. Ugh!
I will never return to this location again.

Service absolutely sucks!!! Every time I get hungry enough I prepare myself to get through the horrible experience. I was once an employee long time ago and til this day I wouldn’t treat people the way they do here! It’s so sad because the staff is mostly black

They really stepped their game up after the recent renovations. Normally I’d rather take the ride to Merrick when I do get a craving even tho I live 8 blocks away from here. Keep it up!

Normally I wouldn’t bat an eye at reviewing a fast food chain unless it was horrible but then again that’s not fair.
This McD on South Conduit was one of the most technologically advanced McD’s I’ve seen in NYC, granted I haven’t been in all. It can be extremely difficult to run a fast food chain such as McD so I have to give compliments to the staff and management.
They have a screen to help customers monitor when they are being served. There is a machine contraption that carries each fulfilled order from the front of the store to the drive thru window on a electrical track, pretty cool.
The restaurant was clean, spacious and efficient. The food was fresh and taste like well… McDonalds!
