this place is horrible. worst customer service and took 2 hours to deliver food when we were across the street.

Despite reading previous reviews that warned about the ridiculous wait for delivery I figured hey, it’s Monday night, can’t be that bad right?
First let’s start with the fact that I had called this place a while back and someone hurriedly put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back just to have the same thing happen again, so I hung up and didn’t bother. I’ve never called any bullsh*t fast food restaurant and have been put on hold for that long. I’m not sure what screw went loose in my head to make me attempt to order again.
Well against my better judgement I ordered and I am sitting here as we speak waiting. I ordered $ 10 worth of food about an hour and a half ago. When it reached an hour that I had been waiting and my hunger level reached the point of annoyance I called to have the patronizing woman over the phone tell me how backed up and busy they were (when she told me my food would arrive in 20 – 30 minutes when I first ordered). According to her the delivery guy was on his way, which is interesting since it’s been another half hour of waiting since I called the second time and this place is 5 minutes away from my house. I called a third time for her to act confused and claim the delivery man should be arriving at any minute, which is what she told me before.
There is no excuse for delivery to take this long for such a small order. It doesn’t matter how «good» the pizza is, it’s useless if it never arrives. I will never attempt to order from this sh*thole again.

Good service. Very clean. Great pizza. Love this place. The cashier is wonderful. I have no complaints. The atmosphere is great. Service is fast. I eat here about once a week. I also love the décor. Did I mention the food is great.

They’ve updated their delivery time. The last few times, my pizza pie came fast and piping hot! Good job!

I’ve ordered from Mama Maria’s on a few occassions… the food is very good but the delivery time is ridiculous sometimes… last time I tried to have a pie delivered it took almost 2 hours! Of course, the pizza was cold by the time it finally came… but again its very good pizza… I tried to stay away but I couldn’t, now I just go and pick up my order.

The pizza is Good here. i been here a few times…
