Jay was such a great salesman and the transaction went smooth.
Delivery is a nightmare and should not be trusted. I was told 12 pm noon and they did not show up until after 7.
I was lied to multiple times from both the store and the delivery company.
Such a joke of a service.

Huge store. Great selection. We bought our living room suit there and we are not disappointed. Friendly sales people. Has a man’s cave for the men who get tired of wife picking and re-​picking the furniture they want :-). Kids cove is filled with games to keep them occupied. Little food bar and coffee helps you stay the course and not faint as you explore their huge selection. I highly recommend them.

I have bought a couch and love seat, 2 recliners, and coffee table and they are all great. Salesman was very good delivery was prompt. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience

The only reason I gave them one star is because the employee we bought the furniture from was friendly. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. Their 3^rd party delivery people are clearly Third rate.

I came to their Springdale location last Friday morning for their «Grand opening»… or reopening. We’ve been meaning to buy a King bed for a while, so once we got the flyer in the mail for their event I decided now is the time!
Arrived right when they opened. There were a ton of salesmen at the door waiting for customers. They had music playing, balloons, etc. for the event.
I have bought from them before, but at their Rogers location. We bought a kitchen table and a sectional and have been very pleased with them.
The salesman who helped me this past Friday was very nice and helpful. I asked to be shown one of their bedroom sets that was in the ad. The ad was a little misleading because it alluded that the price included more than it did, so I ended up not purchasing it. However, I looked at the mattresses since we were in need of a new one. There are a lot to choose from, but narrowed it down to my price range and then tested them out. I found a bed with the perfect softness and firmness, woohoo! The sale price was great and it came with box springs. In addition I bought a mattress cover. Checking out was easy and set up next day delivery.
Overall, great furniture store. Great selection and prices. Very big store, so don’t get lost!

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered a dining room table on May 10. We were told it could take up to eight weeks to get in. On the eighth week I called and was told it was on back order. After 12 weeks it finally came in. I paid for it and was told it would be delivered the next day. After I got home, I was called by the manager saying that the table was scratched all over. She said they would have to send it back and reorder it, which could take another 12 or so weeks. I couldn’t believe this customer service! I will tell EVERYONE I know about my experience and tell them to stay far away. I’m not sure how this place is still in business.

Continuing our quest to visit nearly every furniture store in Northwest Arkansas, we stopped into Sam’s (no relation to the Sam’s Clubs or Sam Walton). Wow, you can tell which stores work on commission and which ones have their sales people on an «up» system. We were greeted by a sales associate right as we walked in the door.
Compared to other stores, Sam’s is a bit lower in cost. The sales floor is more about showing the merchandise, whether they are stand-​alone pieces or part of a set. They’re not big into selling the accents here at all, which I find a whole lot easier for shopping. Less clutter!
The sales guy knew right off that we didn’t have exactly what we needed, but he was able to show us to a piece that was «close». Not close-​enough.

I think 3 stars has a negative connotation.
This place is very nice, big, clean.
We did not buy anything, but the sales people were not too pushy, but made sure we were taken care of.
Good Selection with good prices.
This place is A-​OK!
