The Falls At Settlers Walk

The apartments are big and have a garage. They maintain the snow well. The pool and clubhouse are a nice amenity. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and are friendly and helpful.
They have a nice gym avaliable with up to date equipment.

I’ve lived here since 2010 and am satisfied with the apartment and the community. They offer everything from 1 – 3 bedroom apartments. All apts have an attached 2 car garage. I don’t know if the sound proofing is really good or the neighbors are very silent, but, either way, it’s a quiet community.
The Falls has a club house with a fitness room, pool table, 2 TVs, a conference room, an office with a couple computers, printer, and fax machine, and a 28 seat movie theater with multiple media devices. As an added bonus, the movie theater has a popcorn maker and popcorn and oil are included. They also have a dvd collection they loan out to residents.
The pool is a decent size and has plenty of chairs for sun bathing. The hot tub recently had the jets replaced and puts out some nice pressure. They also have a grill, but I have never used it.
The management company, Miller Valentine, has been decent. I have no complaints about the site manager. They have been good about maintenance. Our only maintenance need has been on the dishwasher.
I don’t find this a problem, but the common complaint there is the lack of additional parking, or rather, the location of the additional parking. Each individual apt has a two car garage and a driveway, but that isn’t enough for certain occasions. The extra parking spaces are only in 3 select places and require residents to walk a bit farther to their front door.
