Run. No return policy. Son saved up 300 for an rc. They sold it. Get it home and no wall charger. Sad for this kinda money. They never mentioned anything at the store. Guess my son can save up and by a charger online.

I see that they haven’t had a review posted for them in awhile and I would like to update everyone and say that this place is great! I feel terrible because I can’t remember the young man who helped me but he was so helpful to say the least. I found an old slash 4×4 chassis and the young man got the schematic of the vehicle and got all the parts I needed to get it back up to it’s former glory. Bonus they had almost every part except one and the young man was able to call another lhs to see if they had it and told them to put it on hold for me. That’s what I call great customer service!!! I do have to go back and return some unopened items that I did not end up using because I found them after I bought the stuff, so I will let you know how my experience with returning merchandise goes…

this place seems cool. it’ll most likely be my new rc shop, too bad it’s all the way down in spring. these guys seem to have the product they need, as well as the knowledge. i received decent customer service here, which will bring me back for sure.

Stopped in the other day looking for some rare earth magnets for a hobby project I’m working on, the staff was fast and friendly, the store is well lit, organized and clean.
This store is primarily RC Planes, Boats, Cars, Helicopters and staff that is knowledgeable about all of it. No track, but they’re connected to several clubs for each of type of RC.
