Since being remodeled it looks much nicer. Although both times ive gone in ive waited over 30 mins before being told some excuse for why they couldn’t see me. Once was bc the dr was going to lunch, it was 10:30??? The second time they said they didn’t take Blue cross. What a joke. My insurance verified twice they were in network. Avoid this place!

AVOIDTHISPLACEIFYOUNEEDPAINORANXIETYMEDS! I am new to area, found these folks in my network, I have been on a very specific treatment that my previous doctor had me on that works wonders for pain and anxiety, giving me a better quality of life. So I brought my bottles and spoke with the doctor, explained that I had tried all sorts of things; and these particular meds work for me. He threw a bunch of facts at me, never took into consideration that these drugs actually work for me, and I don’t abuse them, so he prescribed me three different drugs that are crap with long term sides and more dangerous. If you need anxiety or pain medication, you will not get what you need and the doctor won’t look at u as an individual. Also wanted to add that before I went in, I specifically told them what I needed refills on, they said OK just bring your bottles in. Had I known they wouldn’t refill them I would have went to a doctor that would treat me appropriately. What kind of doctor listens to you tell him what works best for you, then wants to experiment with something completely different, if it works, why change it?

I saw Marvin Watson who was awesome! He took his time and was very helpful. I would have rated them 5 stars however the visit took longer then most doctors offices. I would come back again.

Small location, maybe 20 parking spaces, friendly staff. I came here for a pre-employment drug screening and still had to wait for hours. After being called back for the ‘test’ it went fairly quickly and I was out within 15 – 20 minutes. The parking lots a little difficult to get into and out of, but other than the wait there really wasn’t much to complain about.

I’ve been back to Oaks Medical a few times. The first time I went back, it was a little better but not by much. The second time, it was greatly improved. I had an appointment. I didn’t have much of a wait before going to an examining room. Once in the examining room it, it didn’t take long to see the doctor. I really appreciate that. I would like to add that I’ve never had a problem with the doctors I’ve seen at Oaks, and I actually like the doctor that I’ve seen most frequently. Before, there seemed to be a relatively small number of employees who were dedicated to their job to the point of being visibly stressed. I guess they were carrying a lot of dead wood — by dead wood I mean other employees who seemed to be putting the absolute minimum into their jobs. This would stress me out, too. But I digress, because this time I had a very positive experience.

This place sucks! I waited 4 hours to be seen. 2 in the waiting room, and 2 in the examination room. The doctor was an idiot there, and i ended up having to get a second opinion elsewhere.

I love this place! I recently moved to the spring area about a year ago and needed a new primary care phyisician, so I researched different places around the area and I couldn’t get in to see a doctor without an appointment in several places(and I was needing to get seen that day). It was very frustrating. After being let down at 2 other places that day, I decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed. It never takes more than an hour to get in and out and everybody is very nice. In my experience, I usually spend about half of my day at a doctor’s office if I need to go without an appointment at other places. I’m amazed at how fast I get seen and get great help from the doctors there and their professional staff. Dr. Rafiti is fantastic. I highly recommend this medical center. Speedy, courteous, and professional are the 3 words I would use to sum it up.
