Worst customer service I ever witnessed. I switched to verizon because of the people who worked in this store. The girl who worked there was texting and ignored me completely. Then when she finally decided to help me, she was rude and didn’t know anything about T-​mobile services. this location sucks !!!

I stopped in with an account issue and after some confusion where they were trying to sell me a new phone and extend my plan further we were able to get the information needed, once that was cleared up the service was excellent.
I’m not a fan of commissioned based sales and employment, yet I believe they were genuinely trying to help me.

what ever happened to good customer service? Please think twice before dealing with this store or t-​mobile. they will take you to the cleaners and not think twice about it. any place but here.
