Swan Tailor’s and Cleaners

Great service, low prices, and good quality. My cleaning was due Monday after 6:00. When I arrived there was an issue with the van so the clothes had not arrived. I came back Tuesday. My cleaning could not be located. I was getting concerned. The owner was helping me. Finally my clothes were found still in the bag and had not ever been taken to the facility to be cleaned. I kinda needed them but I wasn’t upset since the owner was genuinely concerned. He told me he would take them himself and get them done and back the next day. Today when I picked up my clothes, he immediately remembered me and pulled everything out for me. I thought of asking for a little discount but decided not to. This guy is so friendly I just let it all slide. He charged me $ 10 for 13 items including 3 dry cleaned garments. He didn’t have to do that and I didn’t expect it, so WOW. Great customer service.
Highly recommend.

We’ve used Swan for over 3 years and we haven’t been disappointed with any of the service. They are great and friendly and take great care of our wardrobe.

I hope they’re better at dry cleaning than they are at tailoring, because they did a piss-​poor job at tailoring my matron of honor’s bridesmaid dress.
She had brought in the dress about a month ago and they had just worked on it yesterday.
She got her dress back and they didn’t even do much of anything aside from messing it up. We had wanted it hemmed at knee length. They had chopped off a huge chunk of fabric and then hemmed it to a little higher than mid-​thigh… for a wedding that is going to be filled with very traditional catholic people and very traditional Chinese people…
I could have fixed the length on my own if they hadn’t cut off all the fabric…
Not only that, but she had also wanted the chest area to be taken in, but they never even touched that area.
The wedding is tomorrow. There are no emergency tailors open so we’re just going to have to pin her dress in the back and make due.
They also held her dress ransom and demanded to be paid their +$ 50 fee for their extremely crappy job.
They must be great at dry cleaning since they got a 5 star review from someone else for the dry cleaning aspect, I’ll give them that.
As for tailoring? You’re better off having a homeless person with a cactus needle and dental floss.
Never giving these people our business ever again.
