When a parent comes in with children and you allow them to wait THIRTY MINUTES all while watching the mother struggle while she waits, then when she finally asks you say it’ll be another thirty minutes, you might be in the wrong line of work. Now my time has been wasted and everywhere else is packed. Thanks Edith! We won’t be back. The girls here are rude and unbelievably unprofessional.

Awful at first they told me there was a 15 minute wait 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was getting my haircut. The stylist was nice and apologized several times. Haircut was inexpensive and good.

If I could give a zero, I would. It’s taken me almost three years to grow out my hair, I asked the hair dresser to trim and «style» my hair… going through all the sighs and huffs and puffs, I should have gotten up from there and left. I left the place with five inches cut off of my hair and no style. Thanks but no thanks. The attitudes with ALL the hair dressers has left me with a sour taste.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location (going here about 5 years). The staff has been friendly, and though, my haircut is pretty simple, the stylists have always been attentive to my requests. With the new app available, viewing wait times and the ability to make an appointment is great!

I got a hair cut today, and the stylist did a very poor job. I had a picture of a cute hair style, and when Luz finished, it looked nothing like my picture.
I have been along time customer, and have always been happy in the past. However, because of today’s experience, I will never go back. :(

I bring my son and daughter here for their haircuts. My wife also comes here. They are usually pretty fast and not a long wait normally. $ 11 for kids cut and $ 12.95 adults. Staff is friendly and they do well to work with my little boy in his haircuts. There is a Target next door if there is a wait to kill some time. Also nest to a Petsmart which is a good way to kill time while you wait.
