Great service, with the new manager the employees have been far more helpful and friendly, although it is not the fastest or cleanest the food is good and service fast and efficient. If they keep up the improvement it might well be the best subway i have ever been to –Robert

Although the meals have always been good, the customer experience has always left a great deal to be desired. Very slow service. Today was my last time going to this location. They were out of steak. They were out of the oven baked chicken. I remarked that I picked the wrong day to come. The response from the girl was«yes you did»! Will never go to this location again.

Last straw I keep giving them chances because they are across from my house. But the service is horrendous. Just like others have said. Same exact problems. I was in line for over 20 minutes to get a freakin sandwich?! Then the girls cleans all around us, mumbles and stares and we were far from closing time.

Terrible customer service. First visit, I showed up an hour before closing to see the chairs already on top of the tables, employees mopping, and the food already stowed away for the night. I could tell that they weren’t happy to see me by the looks on their faces and no one bothering to greet me in any way. Second visit, I showed up while the two employees were checking something out on one’s phone. Once again no greeting, and I stood at the counter ready to order for a good 30 seconds before one decided to mosey on over. I then had to repeat which bread and meat I wanted three times before she got it correct, and received mumbling responses throughout the rest of the order. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won’t be back.

Second visit in three weeks, same results. Lazy, unkept«workers» who are more interested in each other than making a sandwich. Both times we were there an hour before closing and they acted as if was 2 minutes till closing. Kept cleaning while we were waiting in line to be helped. Rude employees! I will never return to that store.
