Randy Harris – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had insurance with State Farm for the last 15 years with multiple agents in multiple states. Everything was great, never had an issue with them or any reason to question my policies or coverages. Moving to Texas I decided to go with the agent closest to my place of residence. From my previous experiences with State Farm I always knew they were there for me. I never had any doubt they would screw me over or not have my best interest. This is where it all went down hill. We recently purchased a brand new vehicle this summer, I had called into my agent to add coverage for this vehicle. Unfortunately 6mo later that vehicle was involved in a collision and this is where I find out my agent in fact does not have us for full coverage. Now this is where it’s my fault for trusting the State Farm agent that I chose to protect my family and I. If you chose to use this agent or already have him, my advice would be double check everything. Don’t be like me and think they have your best interest and will take care of you.
