We are current customers of PNC with our home loan, and decided to do a refinance. It was a nightmare! Despite charging us pretty much the limit under Texas law to do the loan, we ended up having to do most of the work dealing with creditors and other issues that seemed to perpetually postpone our closing date. We ended up not doing the refi and will NEVER use PNC again.
