We are so happy we found out about this little jewel. The owner is very knowledgable and super friendly. They have fantastic customer service and are very patient and helpful in helping you find the right framing combination for your needs. They use good quality materials. We are very happy with the results.

Picture Worth is a little shop in the Sears Outlet shopping center off of Cypresswood Dr in Spring. I have never had a custom picture framing experience, but I have a feeling my expectations are raised!!! I can’t remember her name, but the host of the place was all too awesome. I admit I came in with a bit of a stone face as I really didn’t want to get bamboozled into anythiing ridiculous. I was looking to frame my brother’s diploma for him but wasn’t really interested in spending a lot of money. I felt confident that my $ 110 voucher($ 50 Living Social) would cover any framing costs there could possibly be. Unfortunately, the host was just too pleasant!!! It was nice because I was the only one there and really had a nice long time to make my decisions. The first decision was«yes please, I’ll take some red wine»!!! They had little chocolates as well so at least they ease you into the process. It was in fact quite enjoyable. The strategy I believe is to show you the more high end items first. You make you mind up on something you think«surely this couldn’t cost much more than the value of the deal» Then… they price it out. Gah!!! It was astronomical. Again!!! this was my first time to a frame shop so take that with a grain of salt! It was in fact ~$ 400 for a very simple frame, two mattings, the lowest cost glass and then a drying treatment to the rolled parchment. She tried to brush it off and was like«oh but once you apply your discount it’ll be a lot less» The price was ~$ 300 with the deal. I was like dang! I think my brother would rather have the cash!!! So she worked with me. She had offered me the linen/suede matting first so she said I should go with the more plain stock. Then she worked with me to find a less expensive frame, trying a number of different combos and pricing them out for me. We finally worked it down so that it was only $ 70 more out of pocket. So $ 120 for a $ 190 frame. Not terrible, and I really had a great experience, I’m a big fan of their attitude toward customers, and this was the diploma that gauranteed that my brother wasn’t going to be asking me for loans for the next 50 years. I was happy to spend the money :) I went to pick it up a few weeks later(today) and it was GEORGEOUS!!! She said she was working on it and thought it needed another little touch so she added a embossing around the edge on the house!!! She remembered that it was for my brother and I’m pretty sure she felt comfortable doing this because I was so unsure during the decision making process and relied heavily on her opions to begin with. If you like custom framing(and are accustomed to the prices) I highly recommend this place!
