I had to unlike this page today and give it a 1 Star Review after hearing a duplicate poor service experience by a couple exiting the store after almost entering the establishment to grab a coffee with my boyfriend. My last experience was OK and, being a business owner, too, I wanted to support this local business. Very unfortunate that the waitress provided the couple with two coffees and said, «I don’t know which one is which so you’ll have to figure it out.» After they were almost done with their coffees they then had to ask the waitress for their pastries and she said, «Oh, I forgot them in the microwave» and gave them the pastries that had been sitting in the microwave. I would not support this type of business behavior and surely hope that it discontinues for the business’ sake.

Just posting my experience since I had seen so many rave reviews about Perfect Blend. Upon arriving, my girlfriend and I were met with an unenthusiastic cashier that took our order. We ordered two lattes(one peanut butter and one chocolate) and two kolaches. As she brought them out and put them on the table she said, «I’m not sure which one is which» and left. As we waited for at least 10 minutes, I had to ask about our kolaches. «Oh, I forgot them in the microwave» she said. «Did you ever tell which latte was which?» she added. When I brought this up to the owner she defensively said, «We were really busy and we’re just now catching up». My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the store. Pretty abysmal customer service.

Stopped here for breakfast. Food and service was excellent. We just moved to the area and the staff was very friendly and helpful by letting us know things to do in the area. I had a turkey croissant sandwich and s’more latte. Both were quite good. I’ll be coming back here again.

I love the little local places, and I want to like this place, but it’s very hit or miss in terms of food. The people working there are friendly though.

I went here on a whim to check out the coffee & bakery goods, the girl working didn’t really seem to know much about the flavored coffees and there wasn’t much of a selection to choose from as far as baked goods. I ended up getting a couple of macarons, and they were old and almost completely inedible. The ganache inside was hard and the shells were hard, hollow & hurt my mouth to bite into. The coffee was also not very good and had a strong burnt taste. I’d like to chock up my sub-par experience to an off-day, primarily due to the fairly decent reviews this place has. I haven’t been in a few months, but hopefully it’s better than it used to be.

Food tastes like you made it at home. Fresh and yummy. Prices are very good for the quality of food.

Don’t bother. Went to this place b/c great reviews. Checked the menu before going and sent one person with a list for take-out. They didn’t have 90% of what is on the menu posted online. Left mostly empty handed and had to go elsewhere.

I came for a quick breakfast, once was to just grab a scone and coffee. Their peach scone was pretty tasty if I remember correctly. I recently came back with my sister and niece for a sit down breakfast since we live fairly close by. We both had coffee, I ordered the ham and cheese quiche and my sis had the croissant breakfast sandwich. My quiche was a lil on the mushy side and I had a bite of my sister’s sandwich. The taste and quality of the food was mediocre, I guess from my experience nothing stood out to me that made me want to come back here. Not trying to be harsh or anything, I’m sure this place has it’s loyal customers that love the food based on the high rating. My review is based on my own personal opinion of the place and what I had. However, I do like that it’s family owned, that was a plus for me rather than visiting a chained restaurant or café, but I probably won’t return for their breakfast but maybe just the dessert items. :)

Upon entering this quaint, clandestine location, my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised that such a delightful bakery had been residing right in our backyard. We ordered one of their paninis and an egg/cheese croissant which were delectable! The employees were helpful and treated us kindly. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hasty breakfast or lunch!

I don’t understand the high ratings(the reason I tried this place initially). Nice folks but small portion Fruit and nut salad was thrown together and broccoli cheese soup was bland and luke warm. I might try a panini instead… I gave it 3 over 2 just because I support these options in a sea of fast food in Spring.

Great coffee! Excellent kolaches. They are quick to take care of you. I love the plants outside the café, makes the place homey. Just as a mom and pop shop should be.

The quiches are so yummy! The staff is very pleasant and timely with getting orders out. The Tomato soup is also amazing! Must try.

Tried this restaurant because we were around. The oatmeal looks like soup and the coffee tastes like water even after adding extra espresso.

Great coffee. Very friendly staff. I’ve only had a few of there their baked goods but, they have been very tasty. Nice atmosphere inside. Several inside tables and some out. If you’re planning on meeting someone at Starbucks, meet them here instead — way better.

This is absolutely one of my favorite local cafés in the Spring/Woodlands area. It’s a family owned café & bakery, so I love the laid back atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind, and is willing to talk, answer questions, and help you in anyway. Their pastries are AMAZING! Can anybody say french macaroon? I used to not be a huge fan of French macaroons, until I had theirs. PLUS they bake them fresh daily with sooooo many different flavors. Even a rum flavored! Woah! Although I haven’t tried their lunch items, their coffee is also pretty delicious. They have a really yummy chai that any chai drinker should have Only downside? Closed on Sundays, when I(and many others) want some yummy brunch! They also close at 5 during the week, so get there early!

I love local places. I love local places that are good. I love local places that want you to have a great experience. This place hits it on all three. The coffee, a chocolate hazelnut latte, was super good and the ham and cheese croissant was super yummy, we had two. I will definitely be back until they know me like Norm from Cheers(then I will still keep coming back!).

I needed a zombie/undead birthday cake in the middle of the summer, something most people would be getting around Halloween time — not only did the bakery do a wonderful job — they also were a pleasure to work with!
