Confusing/wrong instructions and poor customer service. I tried setting up a mailbox out of state as I have with many other companies. I took 25 minutes from my day(and spent $ 20), following their instructions, to have my mailbox request form notarized. Only afterwards, was I notified that it wasnt«properly notarized» despite the fact that 30+ other companies(including ones in Houston area) have accepted the same type. I was spoke to in condescending manner. Its apparent that nobody here has regard for your time. My advice to management is to show a more concern for customers’ needs. They were extremely cold, condescending and wasted a lot of my time, My advice would be to seek out another company that has better business practices and management.

Anytime I need to send a package FedEx this is the location that I use. They have pickups everyday and as long as you are there by 5:00 pm it will still go out that same day. The staff here is always friendly and courteous. They carry a wide variety of shipping supplies, boxes, etc. An added plus is they also serve as a notary public in case you are in need. It is a pretty small location, but they should have anything that you may need. It can be hard to get in and out of depending on which direction you are going. Traffic backs up along here pretty bad at times. Still, not too much of a hassle to keep you from going.
