We go to the OL in Cypress and love it. Went to this location with a $ 10 Groupon. Our yogurt came to a little over $ 9. I told the gal she could keep the rest, as we did not want any more yogurt. She said she would not honor the groupon unless we spent $ 10 or more. I explained we did not want any more but she would not budge. So we ended up spending $ 2,78 to get enough to use the groupon and then threw it out. I believe it was a scam to get us to spend more money and this is ridiculous. Why not keep my extra buck and let us have a good experience? I don’t know if all OL locations have this policy but they have lost a customer over this ridiculous policy.

I usually like orange leaf, but this one was an awful experience. My boyfriend and I went there last night. The floor was dirty, the tables looked like they had not been wiped off for several hours, and the trash was over flowing. The raspberry flavor wasn’t working so I tried to get the employees attention but she was too busy talking to her friend to notice me. As other customers came into the store she was still talking to her friend at one of the tables and didn’t even pay attention to them(she was a young pale girl with a long brunette braid). I ended up getting the cheesecake yogurt which was delicious thank goodness.

This place used to be great. Recently it has gone down hill. The yogurt still tastes good but the establishment is not clean and the employees could care less. Most of the time they stay in the back and you have to wait for them to walk up to the front and check you out. The prices are very high and they do not run any specials. It does not smell great either. I hope they clean up their store.

First time here today, and my husband and I both agree that it’s delicious! Very clean and comfortable environment. Huge selection of flavors available and they only charge .49 per ounce. I do wish they would have had one of their no sugar added flavors available when we came. We’ll definitely be back!

Tried Orange Leaf for the first time tonight. The staff was AMAZING and the prices are better than Tutti Frutti where we normally go. Orange Leaf’s frozen yogurt is a lot better also. All around great place to go!!!

My kids love this place but of course it’s a sweet place. No pun intended. Prices are just very high for a cup of frozen yogurt. Charge by the ounce so be careful that cup holds a lot of weight.

Not fabulous, but not bad either. Sampling every flavor was the best part. They’re open late, which is great for the satisfying of my craving. :)

I like Orange Leaf flavors, especially the white chocolate that you can’t seem to get at other yogurt shops. This place is nice and clean, unlike the filthy Orange Leaf in the back of The Woodlands.

I came here because I had purchased a Living Social deal which I am glad I purchased. It is very similar to all the other yogurt shops but the chocolate flavor is what keeps bringing me back. It does not have the tart taste of yogurt afterwords like some other yogurt shops. The texture was thick and not runny which is very important. They had seasonal flavors which I liked. Basically, you go in, sample the one you like, select your choices(s) of yogurt, select your topping and they place it on the scale for the total price. With the voucher I had with me, I ended up taking 3 different flavors home to share with the family. Kroger is right next door so I ended up getting topping I knew we would like which turned out cheaper because we got more yogurt. Yay!
