Ive been here a few times and I like it every time. The girl at the cashier today was super nice she aproched us with a great smile. Will sure keep coming.

For a walk up and order restaurant, it should not take 30 minutes to get soup and noodles after you order. Plus, the food is pretty mediocre. You better have some time on your hands of you want to eat here.

Slow service, cold food, poor flavor, and ants on the wall. Other than that, great :-)

The customer service was good but the food itself was disappointing. I ordered a regular bowl and was surprised that it looked like a small when it came out. It seems like every single ingredient was counted out. Three broccoli, ten bean sprout, and so on. I paid an extra 2.50 for chicken to be added but there were maybe 2 slices of chicken all together in my bowl. Rip off for what I paid.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I ordered the Pad Thai and it’s just awful! I couldn’t even finish eating it and have finished half. No flavor and just lacking. The chicken taste so old and gross like it was from last week. Never coming back!

We had 5 in our party for a Saturday lunch — 3 adults and 2 children –11 y.o. and 2 y.o. The adults got Pad Thai, Bangkok Curry & Thai Hot Pot, plus the potsticker appetizer. The children got the Chicken Noodle Soup and the Mac & Cheese with broccoli from the kid’s menu. The dumplings were doughy and flavorless, with a filling that had an odd, mushy texture. The Pad Thai was bland, the Bangkok Curry & Thai Hot Pot were both overly sweet, with no other flavors. Even with a large helping of Sriracha on the Bangkok curry, it couldn’t be saved. The flatbread that was served alongside the Thai Hot Pot was stale and hard as a rock. The mac & cheese was literally a scoop of overcooked elbow macaroni with shredded partially melted cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. Even the toddler wasn’t willing to touch it. The chicken soup was passable, and according to our 11 y.o. co-diner, the packaged saltines were quite good LOL. On the bright side, we enjoyed mixing our own flavors of soda at the fountain, and tried a couple of incarnations. Admittedly, we’re a little spoiled about food, but this was a big NO in our opinion. Sadly, we will be seeking another destination the next time we have a craving for noodles, as Noodles & Company simply won’t suffice.

This Noodles & Company is unequivocal proof that with an impeccable staff, even a franchise pasta place and stand shoulder to shoulder with any high-end Michelin star restaurant. I’m not kidding, you’ll be undoubtedly transported when you try their Asian dishes, they are cooked by near master chefs, the temperature on their noodles is out of this world spot-on and their meats are flawless, both in flavor and quality. I know it’s weird to speak with such hyperbole for a neighborhood joint, but I assure you, those who know the secret potential this place possess, always return for more.

Used to love this place. Went here a few days ago and it was terrible. Everything was soupy and had no flavor. I got the steak stroganoff. my brother got the pad Thai… Both were just plain bad. Won’t be coming back. Sorry Noodle place.

My husband and I thought we’ve give this place a try regardless of the previous reviews I read. I had the Pad Thai which I thought was a safe and easy dish. Unfortunately not. They left out the fish sauce and peanuts. In other words I got a dry dish. I added sriracha and lime and I even had to ask them for more cilantro to give it flavor. If I decide to give them a second chance I’ll make sure to list all ingredients when I place my order to make sure they don’t leave any out.

The menu is large enough for everyone to find multiple items they love. And our household isn’t always easy to please. The location is easy to access and the staff is great. They always fix my sons order when something isn’t to his satisfaction, at no extra charge. Even replacing it if he’s really unhappy. For my sensory kiddo that’s a HUGE deal. It’s very affordable for a quick dinner and everything is good. We stop by pretty much any time were near the mall.

I love this place. There are so many options to try. My favorite is the tomato basil soup. It never disappoints. Tonight I tried the Indonesian peanut sauté. It was really spicy for me. It may just be perfect for you. The staff was great offered suggestions and cleaned off my dirty dishes. Great experience. Come and try this place. Today-trying a new dish Fig and Pig flatbread. Delicious…

Yum and affordable! I ordered the Med sandwich, the flatbread is very soft and tasty! Love the sandwich. A bit tangy, the perfect amount. The side Caesar salad was pretty good too. My sis in law ordered the stroganoff, said it was 8 out of 10. Mom in law ordered the BBQ pork sandwich and said it was also good. More tangy BBQ than sweet. The bread for the sandwich was nice and moist. Also the sweet tea is very good! Actually sweet!!! Will come here again. Great place for a bite while shopping at the mall.

Between the three of us, we had three dishes: beef stroganoff with steak, pad thai, and Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak. The restaurant looked clean(contrary to many of the reviews I saw on Unilocal), and the service was excellent and prompt. The food, however, was lacking. The stroganoff was maybe a tad bit overcooked. The Pad Thai tasted fine. The Japanese noodles with steak was kind of strange. The noodles themselves were cooked fine, but the sauce was congealing on the sides. The meat was kind of rubbery, and I guessed it might have been overcooked. The taste was fine, it was just the consistency of the meat that was weird. Prices: the slightest bit high for the quality of food you’re getting if you get steak with your food. Service: excellent Would I go back? Yes, maybe with some friends for some casual food since the base meals are on the cheap side(~$ 5)

Wow. Normally I listen to reviews but make my own judgments, but this time I should have listened and stayed away! We arrived shortly after opening. The lady at the counter was VERY nice and friendly. Kudos to her! She was informative and the very best of the entire experience. After ordering, we sat down the first thing I noticed was the food *stuck* on the table from the night before. As I looked around, I could see that there was food on several tables, reflecting in the sunlight. Someone closed without cleaning? The food arrived. My pasta was cold and rubbery(and they’d only been opened 15 minutes??) and tasted horrid. Needless to say, I did not eat it. My daughter’s pasta was also COLD, but had a better taste than mine. How could food be cold? Honestly, it looked like left overs from yesterday that had been quickly microwaved. While we were waiting, I noticed two other groups of people walking in, looking around and then leaving. By this time, it’s 11am on a Sunday morning. When most area restaurants are beginning to fill, Noodles & Company had people walking in and then walking out. I’ll give them one more try. They have salads. How can you screw up a salad? But honestly, I’m not holding out much hope for them.

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews. I thought this place was great! I gather they’re trying to turn it around or something. My salad was fresh and tasty. The potstickers were fabulous, and my boyfriend’s special was extremely good. More food than you would think! But it was all good, light, and fresh. Extremely quick service, and everything looked very clean. Absolutely no complaints! I recommend it.

First time here, and pleased. The place has a cool setting with different lights and music. My cashier was very friendly and had a smile on his face the whole time. :) My waitress was not as friendly, but wasn’t rude either. I was surprised, but happy that the pricing is affordable. Nice place to hang out with friends.

The staff was very nice, and the prices were decent, but the food is just not up to par. Unlike some other unlucky reviewers, at least my noodles were not mushy. Unfortunately, everything was bland. The Japanese Udon noodles didn’t have a very Japanese flavor. It was just a generic(slightly) spicy brown sauce that could have been passed off as Thai, Japanese, Mongolian, or any other cuisine, really. The chicken on top was COMPLETELY unseasoned. Not so much as a grain of salt touched that bird before it was served to me. It wasn’t even sliced all the way through. I had to finish the job myself. Garlic bread was equally bland. The bread was soft and squishy, and the cheese on top happily separated from the bread in a single, solid piece without so much as deforming, much less being any kind of stretchy melted mozzerella. Definitely processed. Very disappointing.

Well I’m always excited to try a new restaurant in The Woodlands but this was a big Fail for me. Unfortunately this is a nationwide chain with low quality tasting pre made food IMO. The Pros: greeted by friendly lady and cashiers who sincerely were trying to help me decide what to order. Somewhat inexpensive food for individuals or families that don’t care about quality food. Cons: I ordered the Beef Stroganoff. It tasted like Hamburger Helper but much oilier. The beef in it tasted like the cheapest cut of some commercial packaged meat and was flavorless, gray brown in color and chewy. My stomach got sour from eating my entrée even before I exited the restaurant. Btw my stomach is pretty tough. The high metal ceilings and overall building structure lack of proper acoustics made reverberant noise from the the three groups of patrons very irritating. I looked at the other patrons food and everything just had that low quality pre made commercial look. I won’t be going back that’s for sure!
