I’ve had the misfortune of living here for 6 months. Although the apartments are spacious, parking is a NIGHTMARE and the office staff is rude. I live in a 2 bedroom unit, but am not listed as the lease holder. Only an occupant. Therefore they told me that I cannot have a parking sticker allowing me to park on the premise without being towed. I was told that I must park in one of 9 visitor spots(yes, only 9 for the entire complex). Without much of a choice, I opted to pay an extra $ 40 for a covered parking space. This wouldn’t seem so unreasonable if there weren’t numerous available spots open every night. However without a sticker, you can’t park there. Don’t plan on having guests if you decide to live here. So not worth it. Oh and on top of no parking, they lost one of my packages. Thanks, Marquis.

Terrible parking, don’t plan on having visitors. Towed my first week, bet they get a cut from the tow truck people. Exterminator should surrender… They are even winning a war of attrition. A lot of people do not pick up after pets…

Why You Should NOT Rent Here! Your family & friends will not be able to visit. In the whole complex they have roughly about 8 Visitor Spots total. This is not acceptable given the fact that they WILL tow your vehicle in a matter of minutes of you parking anywhere that is not a Visitors Spot, I have documentation that proves it takes minutes. When you try to call them for information the calls go to a voicemail during their office hours, after getting the voicemail over and over and a few messages I never received a call back. When I made a visit to the office I informed one of the girls in the office about it and she argued with me that they always pick up and doesn’t know what I am talking about. I told her I tried way too many times and that never did I get an answer or a callback and her response the second time was that I must have the wrong number. I told her it’s off their website information so she needs to check to make sure it’s right. She didn’t even offer to check if I had the right one. When you make an arrangement with one of them regarding your mail and they assure you it will be taken care of they don’t hold up their word. You have to go through a hassle of everyone in the office going back and forth on the situation just to be told«no one knows what you’re talking about.» This complex management is so unorganized as well as unprofessional; it’s really tragic that the complex itself has great apartments only to be run by a group of unintelligent staff.
