I had a wonderful experience at JK nails! My technician, Julie, was very attentive and listened carefully to what I wanted. She was very thorough and detailed, and checked at every step to make sure it was exactly what I wanted!
It was such a relief to work with Julie, especially because the day before a different nail salon completely butchered my nails! Julie asked what was wrong and listened and fixed them! She was a godsend! I’m making appointments here permanently. They’ve gained a loyal customer from me!

I have been here a few times and have been happy. This time I wen in with a picture of what I wanted. The tech, Mai, said it would be $ 40. She then did not do what I asked and when I told her that, she said, «It is fine. Still looks good». She also cut up the skin on my fingers with her grinding tool. Never going back.

This is my place! Have been going there for awhile now. Tony (?) and Amy are the best! Everyone does a great job and I always look forward to spending time there!

My wife and I stopped here for pedicures. My heels were very rough and dry and the instrument that the attendant used to scrap them, removed a large amount of my dry skin. I did not need a great deal of attention on my nails as much as my skin needed some nourishment. I guess the package that we purchased came with a light massage on the calf and lower leg and feet. That was very relaxing!
The treatment went by rather quickly. My wife has been here a number of times. I would go back again to visit JK Nails.

My experience there was really bad actually I didn’t even get to have one I went there at 6pm and nobody was there but they close at 7pm they didn’t even leave a sign to say when there were gonna come back I was VERY disappointed

First time here was soooo amazingly great and second time? I couldn’t believe it was the same nail shop. I love getting my nails done regularly but idk that I’ll come back here.

Vivian is awesome! My go to nail tech! She gentle, and always does an amazing job! I just moved here from Florida and I read the reviews and looked through the pictures and saw Vivians work! I highly recommend her if you need and new tech of if you need your nails done and your in town!

Today I went in to get a pedicure, when the lady asked me what kind of pedi I wanted I told her «just the classic» she told me to «think about doing the deluxe because she already put the smell good in the water» I then told her I still wanted the classic. She then got attitude with me and said not another word the entire time. Afterwards I went to go pay and their credit card machine was down. They asked me if I had cash (which I didn’t) then another card and tried that one. Again their system was down and the card didn’t work. So they then asked me to drive to my bank and get cash. I proceeded to walk out to my car to go to the bank then a few seconds after getting in my car, the same lady who did my toes knocked on my window and said «can I have your cell phone to make sure you’re coming back because they last person this happened to did not come back and I had to pay the manager 24 dollars» I then told her she could not have my cell phone and I will bring the money back. When I did all they had to say was «thanks I’m so sorry»
Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Great place to get mani and pedi done. Feel very relaxing and the place is super clean and brand new. Owners and staffs are very friendly and speak mostly English. Would definitely take my wife there for a stress-​free day. Definitely recommended to anyone.

I went in for a manicure to relax with some friends after a long travel. The nail painting was fine but when she was cutting the cuticles, she really hurt me. It was painful and it burned when she poured liquid over the nails afterward. I thought maybe I was being sensitive but when I left, I saw that the bottom of my thumb nail was a bit bloodied. Over a week later, that area still looks bad.
During the manicure, the woman painting my nails was rude. She insisted that I get my eyebrows done and that she needed to wax them, even after I refused multiple times. After the manicure, she even got up and motioned for us to go to the wax room.
I will not be returning to this aggressive and pain inducing place. Perhaps the other employees are better. I hope my experience is not repeated with others.

They do an amazing job on pedicures and manicures. Horrible on waxing (eyebrows)
I was missing half of my eyebrow when they were done. Also, coupon isn’t good for any pedicure.

I went for a relaxing mani and pedi. Ha!
This place is loud. The lady who did my pedi was aggressive, loud and inattentive. She was rushing and didn’t do a good job at all. And there wasn’t anyone waiting for her to be so rushed. So I did the basic pedi and skipped my mani just to get the hell out of there.
