The techs arrival promptly and were professional. Chris took the time to explain what was going on with my system and fixed the problem.

Half a year later and Admiral is still calling me to solicit my business. Clear violation of the Federal DNC List law. My recommendation: do not use Admiral as their services are grossly overpriced and they will never stop calling you for more business.

We used admiral just to come out and perform time up. Keep in mind we only called because we received a call for special price on tune up. Everything was working fine. When they showed up they said that we needed to replace everything from furnace to ac unit. $ 4k-5k. Once they left we turn in the ac for down stairs, it would only blow warm air. We called a fried who services ac units for an apartment complex. It turns out the admiral idiots drained the freon from the unit. We called them and said they will not come out and out freon back in unless we pay.

This company is beyond dishonest. I have been told by other people who have been scammed by them that they are scammers. I experienced this first hand. New AC unit only last 4 years. They offered no support. Additionally they tried to force me to buy a $ 500 capacitor and after I got a second opinion I learned that no capacitor was needed and fixed my AC for under $ 100. Admiral insisted that I must pay them for the capacitor anyways since they already orders it. After threatening the lady of the phone with a lawyer she quickly changed her direction and said I did not owe them $ 500 after all. Many people have told me that Admiral has completely ripped them off. How they are still in business is a mystery. 1 star is too many for this horrible nightmare company. Do not believe any of their lies when they try to get you to sign up. Do your research first please.
