Started hotbodies this morning. It was a little rough but I am sore so I know it is working. I will update when my hubby can see the results! It wasnt what I was expecting but I will definatly try it 2x a week and hopefully it isnt the same every time, the workout stations. It was all women which made me more comfortable… and people of all sizes.

My wife and I have been doing this for about a year, and we have seen awesome results both in ourselves and in others in the class. If you live in the area, give this boot camp a try, it takes working out to a new level. The workouts are varied, creative,(sometimes) fun and always challenging. Most of all, for those willing to commit to going 3+ times a week, you WILL see results quickly. You might notice that some weeks into the program you haven’t lost any weight, or possibly even gained some. Before you start to worry, go try on some clothes that you think are just a bit too small. You’ll probably be surprised.

Hot Body Boot Camp with Jordan I am not a morning person… not not not… For me to get my lazy butt awake and doing drills at 5 am is a miracle!!! Hubby and I got married 2 weeks ago and we have been in Jordan’s 5am morning classes since March. RESULTS, yes you work your butt off but Jordan is a wonderful trainer and friend. I am totally a foodie, the most awesome thing is I can eat WHATEVER I want and still look good as long as I keep my morning work-outs. Thanks Jordan!!! :)

I love Fit Body Boot Camp — I have been a member since November and it is truly a great workout! Jordan is an AMAZING instructor and she knows how to motivate her clients without being overly aggressive or pushy. I’ve seen a great transformation with my body and am so happy with the results. No work out is ever the same and you won’t get bored. I’m a bit of a gym junkie and I can’t get enough of Fit Body Boot Camp — I look forward to my 5am workouts!
